Claims (6)
- 車両の駆動源から駆動輪に動力を伝達する動力伝達経路に設けられ、摩擦締結要素の掛け替えにより変速比を変更する有段変速機構と、
2つのプーリと、前記2つのプーリに巻き掛けられたベルトと、を有し、前記動力伝達経路に前記有段変速機構と直列に設けられ、前記有段変速機構よりも変速応答性が低い無段変速機構と、
前記有段変速機構及び前記無段変速機構全体の変速比であるスルー変速比が目標スルー変速比になるように、前記有段変速機構の変速に伴い、前記有段変速機構の変速比が変化する方向と反対の方向に前記無段変速機構の変速比を変化させる協調変速を行う変速制御部と、を備え、
前記変速制御部は、前記協調変速に際して、前記有段変速機構におけるイナーシャフェーズの間に、前記目標スルー変速比と前記無段変速機構の実変速比とに基づき、前記有段変速機構の目標変速比を設定し、
前記変速制御部はさらに、前記イナーシャフェーズの開始時に前記無段変速機構において目標変速比と実変速比とが異なる場合に、前記有段変速機構の目標変速比の急変を防ぐように、前記有段変速機構の目標変速比を、前記イナーシャフェーズ開始前の変速比から、前記イナーシャフェーズの間に前記変速制御部が設定する目標変速比に、所定の変化量で徐々に変化させて移行する補正を行う、
変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の変速機であって、
前記変速制御部は、前記協調変速に際して、さらに前記有段変速機構の変速速度に下限値を設定する、
変速機。 - 請求項2に記載の変速機であって、
前記下限値は、前記有段変速機構の変速に際してジャダーが発生しない変速速度の最小値として設定される、
変速機。 - 請求項3に記載の変速機であって、
前記変速制御部は、前記目標スルー変速比と前記スルー変速比とが離間することが検知又は予測された場合に、前記目標スルー変速比と前記スルー変速比とが離間することが検知又は予測された時点での変速速度よりも前記無段変速機構の変速速度を高くする、
変速機。 - 請求項2から4いずれか1項に記載の変速機であって、
前記変速制御部は、前記有段変速機構が前記下限値よりも高い変速速度で変速している際にジャダーが発生した場合に、当該ジャダーが発生した変速速度よりも高い変速速度に前記下限値を設定する、
変速機。 - 車両の駆動源から駆動輪に動力を伝達する動力伝達経路に設けられ、摩擦締結要素の掛け替えにより変速比を変更する有段変速機構と、2つのプーリと、前記2つのプーリに巻き掛けられたベルトと、を有し、前記動力伝達経路に前記有段変速機構と直列に設けられ、前記有段変速機構よりも変速応答性が低い無段変速機構と、を備える変速機の制御方法であって、
前記有段変速機構及び前記無段変速機構全体の変速比であるスルー変速比が目標スルー変速比になるように、前記有段変速機構の変速に伴い、前記有段変速機構の変速比が変化する方向と反対の方向に前記無段変速機構の変速比を変化させる協調変速を行うことと、
前記協調変速に際して、前記有段変速機構におけるイナーシャフェーズの間に、前記目標スルー変速比と前記無段変速機構の実変速比とに基づき前記有段変速機構の目標変速比を設定することと、
前記イナーシャフェーズの開始時に前記無段変速機構において目標変速比と実変速比とが異なる場合に、前記有段変速機構の目標変速比の急変を防ぐように、前記有段変速機構の目標変速比を、前記イナーシャフェーズ開始前の変速比から、前記イナーシャフェーズの間に設定される前記目標変速比に、所定の変化量で徐々に変化させて移行する補正を行うことと、
を含む変速機の制御方法。
