前記制御装置は、
前記エンジン回転数指示装置の操作量を検出し、検出した前記エンジン回転数指示装置の操作量に対して予め設定された目標回転数特性に基づいて目標回転数を演算するエンジン回転数目標値演算部と、
前記操作装置の操作量と前記エンジン回転数指示装置の操作量とを入力し、これらの信号に基づいて前記油圧ポンプの流量目標値を演算するポンプ流量目標値演算部とを備え、
前記目標回転数特性は、前記目標回転数として、前記エンジンの最小回転数より高く前記エンジンの最大回転数よりも低い第1回転数と、前記第1回転数より高く前記最大回転数より低い第2回転数との間の領域を除いて設定可能であり、

ことを特徴とする作業機械。
