Description
リチウム−硫黄電池は、硫黄−カーボンナノチューブ複合極片を陽極として、金属のリチウムシートを陰極として、下記の方法により形成される溶液を電解液とする。その中には、陽極極片における硫黄の質量が75%を占める。具体的には、電解液は、1モルのリチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSI)を、添加剤とする0.2モルのLiNO3を含む1,3−ジオキソラン(DOL)とジメチルエーテル(DME)との混合液に溶解することにより、形成された溶液である。その中には、1,3−ジオキソラン(DOL)とジメチルエーテル(DME)との体積比が1:1である。
比較例bのリチウム−硫黄電池は、上記実施例aのリチウム−硫黄電池と基本的に同じである。異なることは、比較例bのリチウム−硫黄電池用隔膜は、厚さが20マイクロメートルであるポリエチレンフィルムを採用するだけである。

Claims (5)
- 隔膜基底を提供するステップ及び隔膜基底の一つの表面に機能層を形成するステップを含むリチウム−硫黄電池用隔膜の製造方法において、
前記隔膜基底の一つの表面に機能層を形成するステップは、
前記隔膜基底の表面に第一カーボンナノチューブ層を敷設するサブステップ、
複数の二酸化マンガンのナノ粒子及び複数の酸化グラフェンシートを提供して、前記複数の二酸化マンガンのナノ粒子及び前記複数の酸化グラフェンシートを溶剤に分散し、混合物を形成して、第一カーボンナノチューブ層の表面に混合物を均一的に沈積して、第一酸化グラフェン複合層を形成するサブステップ、
前記第一酸化グラフェン複合層の表面に第二カーボンナノチューブ層を敷設するサブステップ、及び
前記第二カーボンナノチューブ層の表面に、第二酸化グラフェン複合層を形成するサブステップを含むことを特徴とするリチウム−硫黄電池用隔膜の製造方法。 - 前記隔膜基底の表面に第一カーボンナノチューブ層を敷設するサブステップにおいて、超配列カーボンナノチューブアレイから引き伸ばして獲得されたカーボンナノチューブフィルムを直接に前記隔膜基底の表面に敷設して、第一カーボンナノチューブ層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用隔膜の製造方法。
- 何度も前記第一酸化グラフェン複合層の表面に第二カーボンナノチューブ層を敷設するサブステップ及び前記第二カーボンナノチューブ層の表面に、第二酸化グラフェン複合層を形成するサブステップを繰り返して、前記機能層に交替で積層して設置される複数層のカーボンナノチューブ層及び複数層の酸化グラフェン複合層を含ませることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用隔膜の製造方法。
- 第一カーボンナノチューブ層の表面に混合物を均一的に沈積して、第一酸化グラフェン複合層を形成するサブステップは、混合物をビュレットの方式又は傾けて投入する方式により、前記第一カーボンナノチューブ層の表面に均一的に沈積して、該混合物を前記第一カーボンナノチューブ層に浸漬させ、該混合物を加熱して、該混合物の中の溶剤を除去して、前記第一カーボンナノチューブ層の表面に前記第一酸化グラフェン複合層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用隔膜の製造方法。
- 前記二酸化マンガンのナノ粒子が前記カーボンナノチューブ層の中に浸透することなく、前記カーボンナノチューブ層がカーボンナノチューブのみからなる構造であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用隔膜の製造方法。
