Abstract
【解決手段】
この蛍光体材料の化学式はRx(My,Euz)Ala(Sib,Gec,Mnf)NdFeで、但しRがLi,Na,Kの中の少なくとも一つの化学元素から選んで、MがCa,Sr,Mg,Baの中の少なくとも一つの化学元素から選んで、x,y,z,a,b,c,dが各構造化学元素の物質の量で、但し0<x≦0.2,0.9≦y≦1.0,0.001≦z≦0.1,0.9≦a≦0.99,0.8≦b≦1.0,0≦c≦0.1,2.5≦d≦3.0,0.01≦e≦1.2,0.01≦f≦0.1である。本発明の蛍光体材料はアルカリ金属、フッ素とマンガンを同時に引き入れて、発光効率が高く、合成製造技術が簡単で、その構造がCaAlSiN3と同一であり、単独にまたその他の蛍光体材料と組み合わせて高性能の発光装置を製造する。

Claims (2)
- フッ素窒素化学物質の蛍光体材料であって、化学式Rx(My,Euz)Ala(Sib,Gec,Mnf)NdFeで表され、但しRがLi,Na,Kの中からKを選択し、MがCa,Sr,Mg,Baの中からCaとSrを選択し、x,y,z,a,b,c,dが各組成の化学元素の物質の量であり、但し0<x≦0.2の中からx=0.1を選択し、0.9≦y≦1.0の中からy=0.93を選択し、0.001≦z≦0.1の中からz=0.05を選択し、0.9≦a≦0.99の中からa=0.9を選択し、0.8≦b≦1.0の中からb=0.99を選択し、0≦c≦0.1の中からc=0.06を選択し、2.5≦d≦3.0の中からd=2.94を選択し、0.01≦e≦1.2の中からe=0.3を選択し、0.01≦f≦0.1の中からf=0.03を選択し、M元素のストロンチウムとカルシウムの割合(Sr/Ca)が5と15の間の中から8.3を選択することを特徴とするフッ素窒素化学物質の蛍光体材料。
- 発光装置であって、励起光源と発光体を含み、前記発光体は請求項1に記載のフッ素窒素化学物質の蛍光体材料を含み、前記発光装置は前記励起光源が紫外線或いはブルーライト放射源であることを特徴とする発光装置。
