Claims (4)
- 駆動源を備えた車体と、前記車体に設けられ前記駆動源に接続されることにより左,右方向の両側の車輪を回転駆動するアクスル装置と、前記車体に設けられた作業装置とからなり、
前記アクスル装置は、
左,右方向の中間部に配置され内部がデファレンシャル機構収容室となったデファレンシャルケースと、
前記デファレンシャルケースの左,右両側に配置されると共に、前記デファレンシャルケースの前記デファレンシャル機構収容室との間が隔壁によって画成され内部がブレーキ機構収容室となった左,右のブレーキケースと、
前記デファレンシャルケースの前記デファレンシャル機構収容室に設けられ前記駆動源の駆動力を左,右方向に配置された回転軸に分配するデファレンシャル機構と、
前記デファレンシャル機構の前記左,右の回転軸の回転を前記左,右の車輪に伝える左,右のアクスルシャフトと、
前記左,右のブレーキケースの前記ブレーキ機構収容室にそれぞれ設けられ前記デファレンシャル機構の前記回転軸の回転に制動を与える左,右のブレーキ機構とを備え、
前記ブレーキ機構は、前記回転軸に取付けられて前記回転軸と一緒に回転する複数枚の回転ディスクと、前記回転ディスクを左,右方向から対面して挟むように前記ブレーキケースに非回転状態で取付けられた複数枚の非回転ディスクと、前記非回転ディスクと対面して前記ブレーキケースに設けられ前記非回転ディスクを前記回転ディスクに押付けて制動力を発生させる円環状のピストンとにより構成してなるホイール式建設機械において、
前記ブレーキ機構は、前記ブレーキケースの前記隔壁と対面して前記ピストンの内径側から径方向の内向きに突出して設けられた突出部位と、前記突出部位に対して左,右方向に所定寸法移動可能に前記突出部位と係合した状態で前記ピストンの内径側に配置された係合部材と、前記係合部材を前記ブレーキケースの前記隔壁に対して左,右方向に移動可能に支持するために前記隔壁と前記係合部材との間に設けられたピン部材とを含んで構成し、
前記ピン部材と前記ブレーキケースの前記隔壁との間の摩擦抵抗と前記ピン部材と前記係合部材との間の摩擦抵抗のうち、少なくともいずれか一方の摩擦抵抗は、制動時の前記ピストンの前記押付け力よりも小さな値に設定し、
前記ブレーキ機構の突出部位には、前記ピン部材が左,右方向に貫通するピン挿嵌部を設け、
前記係合部材は、前記突出部位と左,右方向で移動可能に係合することを特徴とするホイール式建設機械。 - 前記各非回転ディスクの間には、前記各非回転ディスクが互いに離間する方向に弾性力を付与する弾性部材を設け、
前記ピン部材と前記ブレーキケースの前記隔壁との間の摩擦抵抗および前記ピン部材と前記係合部材との間の摩擦抵抗は、前記弾性部材の弾性力よりも大きな値に設定してなる請求項1に記載のホイール式建設機械。 - 前記ブレーキ機構の突出部位に設けられた前記ピン挿嵌部は、前記ピン部材を通す切欠状のピン挿嵌溝を備え、
