Claims (7)
- 淡火炎を生成する複数の淡炎孔と、
前記淡炎孔を挟んで設置された第1の濃炎孔と、隣接する前記淡炎孔の間隔部を挟んで設置された第2の濃炎孔とを含み、前記淡炎孔の周囲に配置されて濃火炎を生成する複数の濃炎孔と、
前記淡炎孔および前記間隔部の周囲に設けられ、前記淡炎孔および前記第1の濃炎孔に挟まれるとともに前記間隔部および前記第2の濃炎孔に挟まれて、前記淡炎孔と前記濃炎孔とを絶縁する絶縁域と、
を備え、
前記濃炎孔で生成される前記濃火炎が連結されて前記淡火炎を囲い込み保炎することを特徴とするバーナ。 - 前記第2の濃炎孔は、前記淡炎孔の幅より狭い間隔で対向することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーナ。
- 前記淡炎孔は多角形状、長円形状または円形であり、前記淡火炎の円形状または長円形状の淡燃焼面を生成し、この淡燃焼面の周囲に前記濃火炎で環状の濃燃焼面を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーナ。
- 前記間隔部に前記第2の濃炎孔を張り出させていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3に記載のバーナ。
- 前記濃炎孔が前記淡炎孔の孔端より高い外壁部を備え、この外壁部で前記濃火炎を前記淡火炎側または対向する前記濃火炎側に誘導させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4に記載のバーナ。
- 淡火炎を生成する淡炎孔と、前記淡炎孔を挟んで設置された第1の濃炎孔および隣接する前記淡炎孔の間隔部を挟んで設置された第2の濃炎孔を含み、前記淡炎孔の周囲で配置されて濃火炎を生成する複数の濃炎孔と、前記淡炎孔および前記間隔部の周囲に設けられ、前記淡炎孔および前記第1の濃炎孔に挟まれるとともに前記間隔部および前記第2の濃炎孔に挟まれて、前記淡炎孔と前記濃炎孔を絶縁する絶縁域とを有する複数のバーナユニットを備え、
前記濃炎孔で生成される前記濃火炎が連結されて前記淡火炎を囲い込み保炎することを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 淡炎孔により淡混合気を燃焼させて淡火炎を生成し、
前記淡炎孔を挟んで設置した第1の濃炎孔および隣接する前記淡炎孔の間隔部を挟んで設置した第2の濃炎孔により、濃混合気を燃焼させて濃火炎を生成し、
前記淡炎孔および前記間隔部の周囲に設けられ、前記淡炎孔および前記第1の濃炎孔に挟まれるとともに前記間隔部および前記第2の濃炎孔に挟まれた絶縁域により、前記淡炎孔と前記第1の濃炎孔および前記第2の濃炎孔とを絶縁し、
前記濃火炎を連結させて前記淡火炎を囲い込み保炎する
ことを特徴とする燃焼方法。
