Description
(1)ゲルボフレックステスターを用いたひねり屈曲試験を温度1℃で1000回実施した時のゲルボピンホール欠点数が5個以下。
(2)衝撃強度が0.9J以上。
(3)全透過ヘイズ値が5.0%以下。
(4)温度23℃相対湿度50%での静止摩擦係数が0.7以下。
(1)ゲルボフレックステスターを用いたひねり屈曲試験を温度1℃で1000回実施した時のゲルボピンホール欠点数が5個以下。
(2)衝撃強度が0.9J以上。
(3)全透過ヘイズ値が5.0%以下。
(4)温度23℃相対湿度50%での静止摩擦係数が0.7以下。
ポリアミド樹脂とポリアミド系エラストマーを押出機で溶融混練したのち冷却ロールで急冷して得られるポリアミド系樹脂シート(実施例および比較例で使用したポリアミド系樹脂組成物)をエポキシ樹脂に包埋して硬化させものをクライオミクロトームで切開し超薄切片を作製する。これを四酸化ルテニウムで染色したのち室温で10分間保持し、次いでカーボン蒸着して透過型電子顕微鏡で観察する。ポリアミド系エラストマーの平均分散径は画像解析装置(東洋紡製、V10)を用いて短径と長径の加重平均(n数=3)で求める。
(株)東洋精機製作所(株)社製のフィルムインパクトテスターを使用し、温度23℃、相対湿度65%の環境下で10回測定し、その平均値で評価した。
テスター産業(株)社製の恒温槽付ゲルボフレックステスターBE1006を使用し、下記の方法によりピンホール数を測定した。
(株)東洋精機製作所社製の直読ヘイズメーターNo.206を使用し、JIS−K−7105に準拠し測定した。
ヘイズ(%)=〔Td(拡散透過率%)/Tt(全光線透過率%)〕×100で算出した。
押出工程で冷却ロールと接触しない面どうしを合わせて静摩擦係数をJIS−K−7125に準拠し、温度23℃、相対湿度50%RHの環境下で測定した。
フィルムの厚み方向の耐凝集破壊強度を把握するために、ラミネート強度を測定した。
耐ピンホール性評価の説明に記載したラミネートフィルムを幅15mm×長さ100mmの短冊状に切断し、ラミネートフィルムの一端を二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムと線状低密度ポリエチレンフィルムとの界面で剥離し、東洋ボールドウィン(株)製テンシロンUMT−II−500型を用い、温度23℃、相対湿度65%RH、引張り速度200mm/分、剥離角度90°の条件下でラミネート強度を5回測定し、その平均値で評価した。
耐ピンホール性評価の説明に記載したラミネートフィルムから、12cm×12cm(各辺のシール幅1cm)を2枚切り出し、三方をシールした後、水100mlを充填し、さらにシールして四方シール袋を作製した。95℃×30分の条件で煮沸した後、冷水中に漬け置きフィルムの外観を観察した。
チップAは、回分式重合缶を用い、ε−カプロラクタムの開環重合によって得られたナイロン6〔東洋紡(株)社製、グラマイド(登録商標)T−810〕であり、相対粘度は、20℃の測定値(96%濃硫酸溶液使用時)で2.8であった。また、ガラス転移温度Tg、低温結晶化温度Tc、および融点Tm(チップを溶融急冷し、粉砕したものを、昇温速度10℃/分とした示差走査型熱量計で測定)は、それぞれ40℃、68℃、および225℃であった。
エラストマー(PAE1〜7)は、表2に示すポリアミド系ブロック共重合体組成表に順じて重合した。攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置およびポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に、ハード部としてε-カプロラクタム、γ−ブチロラクトン、またはω−ラウリルラクタム、結合部としてアジピン酸〔宇部興産(株)社製アジピン酸(製品名)〕を下記のポリオキシアルキレングリコールと同モル、ソフト部としてポリオキシテトラメチレングリコール、ポリオキシプロピレングリコール、またはポリオキシエチレングリコールを仕込み、容器内を十分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から230℃まで昇温し、230℃で6時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。
表3に表すPOE−1〜11の各種ポリオレフィン系エラストマーを準備した。
ダブルコーン型減圧ブレンダーで水分率が0.09質量%となるように調整したポリアミド系樹脂混合物を、コア層用単軸押出機およびスキン層用単軸押出機に供給して溶融させた後、フィードブロックでスキン層A/コア層B/スキン層Aの構成に積層してTダイからシート状に押出し、静電密着法で40℃に温調した冷却ロールに密着させて約200μmの未延伸シートを得た。
先に述べたチップA〜Cの調整ポリアミド樹脂原料と表2に示したポリアミド系エラストマー、表3に示したポリオレフィン系エラストマーとを用い、表4のように混合して、上記のフィルム製造方法により、実施例1〜8、参考例1〜3、および比較例1〜12の各二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムを得た。
Claims (4)
- ナイロン6と、ハード部が炭素数4〜10の環状ラクタムの残基からなり、ソフト部が数平均分子量850〜2500のポリオキシプロピレングリコールまたはポリオキシテトラメチレングリコ−ルの残基からなるポリアミド系ブロック共重合体エラストマーを1〜5質量%含み、下記(1)〜(4)を満足する二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルム。
(1)ゲルボフレックステスターを用いたひねり屈曲試験を温度1℃で1000回実施した時のゲルボピンホール欠点数が5個以下。
(2)衝撃強度が0.9J以上。
(3)全透過ヘイズ値が5.0%以下。
(4)温度23℃相対湿度50%での静止摩擦係数が0.7以下。 - フィルム成形で未延伸シートを製膜した段階でのポリアミド系ブロック共重合体エラストマーの分散粒径が0.7〜2μmである請求項1記載の二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルム。
- 前記二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムが、エチレンビスステアリン酸アミドを0.05〜0.30質量%含有し、細孔容積が1.0〜1.8ml/g、かつ平均粒子径が2.0〜7.0μmの多孔質凝集シリカを0.3〜0.8質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルム。
- 前記二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムと未延伸ポリオレフィン系樹脂フィルムとをラミネートして、熱水処理で白化しない請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二軸配向ポリアミド系樹脂フィルム。
