次に、図4を参照して、実施の形態2に係る空気ばね2について説明する。空気ばね2は、基本的には実施の形態1に係る空気ばね1と同様の構成を備えるが、ワイヤ61の一方の端部が固定部品62ではなく上面板10上に設けられている吊棒66に輪状部材67を介して接続されている点で異なる。
次に、図5を参照して、実施の形態3に係る空気ばね3について説明する。実施の形態3に係る空気ばね3は、基本的には実施の形態1に係る空気ばね1と同様の構成を備えるが、空間S2内にワイヤ61を巻き取るリール69を備える点で異なる。
次に、図6を参照して、実施の形態4に係る空気ばね4について説明する。実施の形態4に係る空気ばね4は、基本的には実施の形態1に係る空気ばね1と同様の構成を備えるが、排気部材70に替えて下面板20上に配置されている機械式開閉弁80と、下面板20において閉鎖空間Sの内外を接続する貫通孔81とを備え、ワイヤ61が空間S1内にのみ引き回されている点で異なる。

Claims (6)
- 第1支持部材と、
前記第1支持部材から見て主荷重方向に間隔を空けて配置されている第2支持部材と、
前記第1支持部材と前記第2支持部材とを接続することにより閉鎖空間を形成し、弾性変形可能なダイアフラムと、
前記弾性変形可能なダイアフラムに接触することなく、前記第1支持部材と前記第2支持部材との相対的な距離の変位を検知して機械的出力を行う検知部と、
前記検知部からの前記機械的出力に応じて、前記閉鎖空間内の空気を前記閉鎖空間外へ放出可能とする制御部材とを備える、空気ばね。 - 前記検知部は、前記第1支持部材と前記第2支持部材との間に引き回されたワイヤを含み、
前記機械的出力は前記ワイヤの一方端部の変位である、請求項1に記載の空気ばね。 - 前記制御部材は、前記閉鎖空間の内と外とを接続する貫通孔と、前記貫通孔を開閉可能な開閉部材とを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記開閉部材は、前記機械的出力により前記貫通孔に対して相対的に移動可能に設けられている栓部材を有する、請求項3に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記栓部材はテーパ状に設けられている第1テーパ部を有し、
前記貫通孔の内周面は、前記開閉部材が前記貫通孔を閉じている状態において前記栓部材の前記第1テーパ部と面接触する第2テーパ部を有する、請求項4に記載の空気ばね。 - 前記第2支持部材は弾性部材を含み、
前記制御部材は、前記弾性部材に設置されている、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の空気ばね。
