Claims (12)
- 鋼からなる支持層(12)、
該支持層(12)上に施用された、銅又は銅合金からなる軸受メタル層(14)、及び 該軸受メタル層(14)上に施用された、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる機能層(16)、
を含む、滑り軸受複合材料であって、
該機能層(16)が、圧延によって該軸受メタル層(14)上に施用され、そして該機能層のアルミニウム合金が、スズを含有しているが、不可避的不純物以外の鉛を含まず、そして、該軸受メタル層(14)が、50〜595μmの層の厚さ(h2)を有することを特徴とする、上記の滑り軸受複合材料。 - 前記機能層のアルミニウム合金が、不純物以外に、
5〜25重量%のスズ、好ましくは10〜20重量%のスズ、
1.5〜3.0重量%のケイ素、
0.2〜2.0重量%の銅、
0.2〜1.5重量%のマンガン、
合計で、最大0.4重量%、かつ、それぞれが最大0.2重量%の、バナジウム、クロム、ジルコニウム及びチタンの群からの少なくとも一種の元素、及び
残部としてアルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受複合材料。 - 前記軸受メタル層(14)が、鉛不含の青銅層又は真鍮層として製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受複合材料。
- 前記支持層(12)及び前記軸受メタル層(14)が、二層型複合材(18)を形成し、その際、該軸受メタル層(14)が、該支持層(12)上に鋳造、焼結又はめっきされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受複合材料。
- 前記機能層(16)上にコーティング(20)が施用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受複合材料。
- 前記コーティング(20)が、ポリマー−潤滑塗料(22)であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の滑り軸受複合材料。
- 前記コーティング(20)が、化学的に、噴霧塗工により、又は電気化学的に、前記機能層(16)上に施用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の滑り軸受複合材料。
- 前記機能層(16)が、粗面化されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受複合材料。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受複合材料からなる軸受胴。
- 前記機能層(16)が、5μm〜500μmの層の厚さ(h3)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の軸受胴。
- 前記軸受メタル層(14)及び機能層(16)が、合計で200〜600μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の軸受胴。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか一つに記載の第一の軸受胴及び第二の軸受胴を有する、ラジアル軸受として組み立てられた滑り軸受であって、
該第一の軸受胴の軸受メタル層(14)が、150μm〜595μmの層の厚さ(h21)を有し、かつ、該第一の軸受胴の機能層(16)が、5μm〜50μmの層の厚さ(h31)を有し、そして、
第二の軸受胴の軸受メタル層(14)が、50μm〜550μmの層の厚さ(h22)を有し、かつ、第二の軸受胴の機能層(16)が、50μm〜500μmの層の厚さ(h32)を有し、
その際、該第一の軸受胴の軸受メタル層及び機能層の合計の厚さと、該第二の軸受胴の軸受メタル層及び機能層の合計の厚さとが本質的に同じであることを特徴とする、上記の滑り軸受。
