Claims (9)
- 複合積層材(202)からフランジ付き構成要素(102)を製造するための装置(200)であって、
前記複合積層材(202)に結合される支持構造(204)と、
前記支持構造(204)に結合される成形リング(402)であり、リング案内面(408)および半径方向接触面(410)を含み、前記半径方向接触面(410)が前記複合積層材(202)に結合するように構成される、成形リング(402)と、
前記成形リング(402)に結合される分割された複数の成形プレート(502)であり、各成形プレート(502)が、凹面(510)およびプレート案内面(504)およびリング接触面(514)を含み、前記凹面(510)が前記複合積層材(202)に結合するように構成され、前記プレート案内面(504)が前記リング案内面(408)に結合するように構成される、成形プレート(502)と、
前記成形リング(402)および前記複数の成形プレート(502)に結合されるオートクレーブ(600)であり、前記成形リング(402)および前記複数の成形プレート(502)に圧力を加えて、各成形プレート(502)の前記プレート案内面(504)を前記リング案内面(408)に沿って移動させて、前記複合積層材(202)からの空隙(322)の除去を促すように構成されるオートクレーブ(600)と
を備え、
前記リング案内面(408)および前記プレート案内面(504)が、傾斜して形作られ、前記プレート案内面(504)が、前記半径方向接触面(410)とリング接触面(514)との間の軸方向距離が減少するように前記リング案内面(408)に沿って第1の位置(601)から第2の位置(701)へ移動し、該第2の位置から前記半径方向接触面(410)と前記リング接触面(514)とが接触する第3の位置まで移動する、装置(200)。 - 前記分割された複数の成形プレート(502)が、結合されて円を形成する、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記半径方向接触面(410)および前記凹面(510)が、空洞(612)を形成するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記オートクレーブ(600)が、前記成形リング(402)および前記分割された複数の成形プレート(502)に熱を加えるように構成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記成形リング(402)に結合されたスペーサ(420)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記半径方向接触面(410)に結合され、曲線状端部を有するスペーサ(420)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記支持構造(204)、前記成形リング(402)および前記分割された複数の成形プレート(502)に結合される真空バッグ(606)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記成形リング(402)および前記分割された複数の成形プレート(502)に負圧を加えて、前記リング案内面(408)に沿った各成形プレート(502)の前記プレート案内面(504)の移動を促すように構成される真空バッグ(606)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記複合積層材(202)が、樹脂(312)に含浸された複数の層(310)を含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の装置(200)。
