Description
多数の工業用ポリマーの製造は重縮合によって行われ、その際、分子量増大とともに低分子量の成分が放出され、当該成分は、一般には、例えば所望の分子量及び/又は所望の生成物特性を達成するために、少なくとも部分的に反応混合物から除去されなければならない。
− 上方部分、真ん中部分及び下方部分を含む反応空間(1)、ここで、真ん中部分は、下方部分の方向において。装置の運転時に下方部分に配置された溶融オリゴマーの缶出液の液面によって境界をなす、
− 真ん中部分に配置されている入口オリフィス、
− 下方部分に配置されている第一の出口オリフィス、
− 上方部分に配置されている第二の出口オリフィス、
− 下方部分に配置されている第一の還流用オリフィス、
− 上方部分の下側に配置されている第二の還流用オリフィス、
− 真ん中部分と上方部分とを仕切る分配デバイス、並びに
− 上方部分に沿って走行可能に配置されている除去デバイス
を有する。
a)溶融プレポリマーを、入口オリフィスを通して反応空間の真ん中部分に供給する工程、
b)真ん中部分より下に配置された反応空間の下方部分として缶出液を形成する工程、
b)溶融プレポリマーの一部を、反応空間の缶出液から、真ん中部分より上の反応空間の上方部分に移送し、かつ溶融プレポリマーを、真ん中部分の内壁にわたって分配デバイスにより分配する工程、
c)溶融プレポリマーを重合して溶融ポリマーを形成する工程、
d)溶融ポリマーを、反応空間の第一の出口オリフィスを通して反応空間から取り出す工程、並びに
e)ガス状物質を、上方部分における第二の出口オリフィスを通して反応空間から取り出す工程
を有し、ここで、上方部分の少なくとも1つの内壁の付着物が、除去デバイスによって除去される。
本発明に従ったプレポリマーは、縮合反応して分子量を増大することができる相補性官能基を持つポリマー化合物を有する組成物を意味する。
a)溶融プレポリマーを、入口オリフィスを通して反応空間の真ん中部分に供給する工程、
b)溶融プレポリマーの一部を、真ん中部分より下に配置された反応空間の下方部分から、真ん中部分より上の反応空間の上方部分に移送し、かつ溶融プレポリマーを、真ん中部分の内壁にわたって分配デバイスにより分配する工程、
c)溶融プレポリマーを重合して溶融ポリマーを形成する工程、
d)溶融ポリマーを、反応空間の第一の出口オリフィスを通して反応空間から取り出す工程、並びに
e)ガス状物質を、上方部分における第二の出口オリフィスを通して反応空間から取り出す工程
を有し、ここで、上方部分の少なくとも1つの内壁の付着物を除去デバイスによって取り出すことを特徴とする、ポリマーを合成するための方法である。
A)非置換又は置換された芳香族ジカルボン酸及び非置換又は置換された芳香族ジカルボン酸の誘導体、
B)非置換又は置換された芳香族ジアミン、
C)脂肪族又は脂環式ジカルボン酸及びその誘導体、

− 前記下方部分(13)に配置されている第一の出口オリフィス(3)、
− 前記上方部分(11)に配置されている第二の出口オリフィス(4)、
− 前記下方部分(13)に配置されている第一の還流用オリフィス(51)、
− 前記上方部分(11)の下側に配置されている第二の還流用オリフィス(52)、ここで、前記第一の還流用オリフィス(51)と前記第二の還流用オリフィス(52)とは、還流管(5)によって互いに連結されており、前記還流管(5)には、液体を前記第一の還流用オリフィス(51)から前記第二の還流用オリフィス(52)に移送するように適応されているポンプ(53)が配置されている、

b)前記溶融プレポリマー(8)の一部を、前記真ん中部分(12)より下に配置された前記反応空間(1)の下方部分(13)から、前記真ん中部分(12)より上の前記反応空間(1)の上方部分(11)に移送し、かつ前記溶融プレポリマー(8)を、前記真ん中部分(12)の内壁にわたって分配デバイス(6)により分配する工程、
c)前記溶融プレポリマー(8)を重合して溶融ポリマーを形成する工程、
d)前記溶融ポリマーを、前記反応空間(1)の第一の出口オリフィス(3)を通して前記反応空間(1)から取り出す工程、並びに
e)ガス状物質(9)を、前記上方部分(11)における第二の出口オリフィス(4)を通して前記反応空間(1)から取り出す工程
を有し、ここで、前記上方部分(11)の少なくとも1つの内壁の付着物を除去デバイス(7)によって除去することを特徴とする前記方法。 - 前記溶融ポリマー(8)の粘度が少なくとも1mPasであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、熱可塑性ポリマー、有利にはポリアミド、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン、ビニル芳香族ポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、ポリカーボネート、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン及びこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーがポリアミドであり、かつ前記ガス状物質(9)が水蒸気であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、芳香族基を有する少なくとも1個の繰り返し単位及び脂肪族基又は脂環式基を有する少なくとも1個の繰り返し単位を組み込んだ形で含有する部分芳香族ポリアミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
