Description
Claims (15)
- プレート型構造の担持触媒生成物を生産する方法であって、
a)それぞれの錯体が金属イオンと1つ以上の有機配位子で構成され、少なくとも一つの金属イオンが最終的な触媒生成物中で触媒作用を起こすよう、一または複数の感光性有機金属錯体の前駆体を選択することと、
b)ナノサイズ担体素材及び前記有機金属錯体の前駆体を有機溶媒で混合して混合物を作ることと、
c)前記有機金属錯体の前駆体の分子が、前記担体素材の表面に吸収され、層を形成するように、前記混合物を一定の時間かき混ぜることと、
d)全ての吸収された前記有機金属錯体の分子が表面化学反応を介して一または複数の金属ナノ粒子に変換し、金属ナノ粒子の少なくとも一つが担体素材に付着したプレート型構造を有する触媒ナノ粒子生成物となるまで、前記混合物に光源を用いてエネルギーを照射することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記混合物から前記ナノ粒子生成物を分離させることを更に含み、前記分離を遠心機、洗浄、蒸発のうちの少なくとも一つを使用して行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不活性雰囲気中で触媒ナノ粒子を加熱して揮発性のある有機残基を前記触媒ナノ粒子から取り除くことを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記担体素材を前記有機金属錯体の前駆体と混合する前に選択された有機溶媒と予め均質になるまで混合することを更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップd)の間、定期的に混合物を振ることを更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属イオンが、チタン、クロム、マンガン、鉄、銅、ニッケル、コバルト、イットリウム、ジルコニウム、ニオビウム、モリブデン、テクネチウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム、パラジウム、銀、インジウム、スズ、バリウム、ハフニウム、タンタル、レニウム、オスミウム、イリジウム、白金、金、タリウム、鉛、ビスマス、ランタン、サマリウム、ならびにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 配位子が、カルボキシラト、アセチルアセトナト、フッ化アセチルアセトナト、アルコキシル、アジド、カルボニル、ニトラト、アミン、ハロゲン、窒素、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記担体素材が、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、二酸化チタン、カーボンナノチューブ、ナノワイヤ、ナノファイバー、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、メタノール、エタノール、2‐プロパノール、ヘキサン、ヘキサン誘導体、クロロホルム、ジクロロメタン、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップd)が照射で行われ、前記照射が紫外線、レーザー光、高エネルギービーム、マイクロ波のうちの少なくとも一つを使用したものである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1の方法により生産される触媒ナノ粒子生成物であって、多結晶構造であり、上面、下面、及び厚みを有するプレート型であり、その厚みは上面の最大直径未満である、触媒ナノ粒子生成物。
- 上面の最大直径が2nmから25nmまでである、請求項11に記載の触媒ナノ粒子生成物。
- 触媒ナノ粒子が、チタン、クロム、マンガン、鉄、銅、ニッケル、コバルト、イットリウム、ジルコニウム、ニオビウム、モリブデン、テクネチウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム、パラジウム、銀、インジウム、スズ、バリウム、ハフニウム、タンタル、レニウム、オスミウム、イリジウム、白金、金、タリウム、鉛、ビスマス、ランタン、サマリウム、またはこれらの組み合わせもしくは合金のうち一または複数からなる群から選択される、請求項11または12に記載の触媒ナノ粒子生成物。
- 結晶欠陥があり、前記結晶欠陥が積層欠陥、転位、双晶、空孔、格子不整合のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ナノ粒子生成物。
- 前記プレート型構造が固体もしくは多孔質、またはその両方である、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ナノ粒子生成物。
