シリンダ(21)およびロータ(22a、22b)は、互いに連動して回転し、ベーン(23a、23b)は、ロータ(22a、22b)が回転した際に、ベーン(23a、23b)の外周側端部がシリンダ(21)の内周面に当接するように変位し、
シャフト(24)の内部には、外部から流入した圧縮対象流体を流通させるシャフト側吸入通路(24d)が形成され、ロータ(22a、22b)の内部には、シャフト側吸入通路(24d)から流出した圧縮対象流体を、圧縮室(Va、Vb)側へ導くロータ側吸入通路(224a、224b)が形成され、
偏心軸(C2)の軸方向から見たときに、溝部(222a、222b)は、ロータ(22a、22b)の径方向に対して傾斜した方向に延びる形状に形成されており、さらに、溝部(222a、222b)は、ロータ(22a、22b)の内周側から外周側へ向かって、ロータ(22a、22b)の回転方向後方側へ傾斜して延びており、
偏心軸(C2)の軸方向から見たときに、溝部(222a、222b)およびロータ側吸入通路(224a、224b)は、ロータ(22a、22b)の外周側へ向かって、互いに近づく形状に形成されているシリンダ回転型圧縮機を特徴としている。
本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (2)
- 中心軸(C1)周りに回転する円筒状のシリンダ(21)と、
前記シリンダ(21)の内部に配置されて、前記シリンダ(21)の中心軸(C1)に対して偏心した偏心軸(C2)周りに回転する円筒状のロータ(22a、22b)と、
前記ロータ(22a、22b)を回転可能に支持するシャフト(24)と、
前記ロータ(22a、22b)に形成された溝部(222a、222b)に摺動可能に嵌め込まれて、前記ロータ(22a、22b)の外周面と前記シリンダ(21)の内周面との間に形成される圧縮室(Va、Vb)を仕切る板状のベーン(23a、23b)と、を備え、
前記シリンダ(21)および前記ロータ(22a、22b)は、互いに連動して回転し、
前記ベーン(23a、23b)は、前記ロータ(22a、22b)が回転した際に、その外周側端部が前記シリンダ(21)の内周面に当接するように変位し、
前記シャフト(24)の内部には、外部から流入した圧縮対象流体を流通させるシャフト側吸入通路(24d)が形成され、
前記ロータ(22a、22b)の内部には、前記シャフト側吸入通路(24d)から流出した圧縮対象流体を、前記圧縮室(Va、Vb)側へ導くロータ側吸入通路(224a、224b)が形成され、
前記偏心軸(C2)の軸方向から見たときに、前記溝部(222a、222b)は、前記ロータ(22a、22b)の径方向に対して傾斜した方向に延びる形状に形成されており、さらに、前記溝部(222a、222b)は、前記ロータ(22a、22b)の内周側から外周側へ向かって、前記ロータ(22a、22b)の回転方向後方側へ傾斜して延びており、
前記偏心軸(C2)の軸方向から見たときに、前記溝部(222a、222b)および前記ロータ側吸入通路(224a、224b)は、前記ロータ(22a、22b)の内周側から外周側へ向かって、互いに近づく形状に形成されていることを特徴とするシリンダ回転型圧縮機。 - 前記偏心軸(C2)の軸方向から見たときに、前記ロータ側吸入通路(224a、224b)の流体流出口は、前記ロータ(22a、22b)の外表面のうち前記溝部(222a、222b)が形成された部位の回転方向直後に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ回転型圧縮機。
