Description
シャフト(24)の内部には、外部から流入した圧縮対象流体を流通させるシャフト側吸入通路(24d)が形成され、シャフト側吸入通路(24d)の出口穴(240a)は、シャフト(24)の外周面に開口しており、
ロータ(22a)の内部には、出口穴(240a)から流出した圧縮対象流体をロータ(22a)の内周側から外周側の圧縮室(Va)側へ導くロータ側吸入通路(224a)が形成され、ロータ(22a)の内周面には、ロータ(22a)の内周面を外周側に凹ませたロータ側凹部(226a)が形成され、ロータ側吸入通路(224a)の入口穴(225a)は、ロータ側凹部(226a)が形成された部位に開口して、ロータ側凹部(226a)の内部に形成されるロータ側連通用空間(227a)に連通しているシリンダ回転型圧縮機を特徴としている。

さらに、図1に示すように、第1ロータ側凹部226aは、第1ロータ22aの径方向から見たときに、第1ロータ22aの軸方向両端部よりも中央側の部位であって、第1シャフト側凹部241aが形成された範囲と重合する範囲に形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 中心軸(C1)周りに回転する円筒状のシリンダ(21)と、
前記シリンダ(21)の内部に配置されて、前記シリンダ(21)の中心軸(C1)に対して偏心した偏心軸(C2)周りに回転する円筒状のロータ(22a)と、
前記ロータ(22a)を回転可能に支持するシャフト(24)と、
前記ロータ(22a)に形成された溝部(222a)に摺動可能に嵌め込まれて、前記ロータ(22a)の外周面と前記シリンダ(21)の内周面との間に形成される圧縮室(Va)を仕切るベーン(23a)と、を備え、
前記シャフト(24)の内部には、外部から流入した圧縮対象流体を流通させるシャフト側吸入通路(24d)が形成され、
前記シャフト側吸入通路(24d)の出口穴(240a)は、前記シャフト(24)の外周面に開口しており、
前記ロータ(22a)の内部には、前記出口穴(240a)から流出した前記圧縮対象流体を前記ロータ(22a)の内周側から前記圧縮室(Va)側へ導くロータ側吸入通路(224a)が形成され、
前記ロータ(22a)の内周面には、前記ロータ(22a)の内周面を外周側に凹ませたロータ側凹部(226a)が形成され、
前記ロータ側吸入通路(224a)の入口穴(225a)は、前記ロータ側凹部(226a)が形成された部位に開口して、前記ロータ側凹部(226a)の内部に形成されるロータ側連通用空間(227a)に連通していることを特徴とするシリンダ回転型圧縮機。 - 前記ロータ側連通用空間(227a)と前記溝部(222a)の内部空間は、区画されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ回転型圧縮機。
- 前記ロータ(22a)の軸方向から見たときに、前記ロータ側凹部(226a)の径方向深さは、軸周りに変化しており、
前記ロータ側凹部(226a)のうち前記溝部(222a)に最も遠い部位の径方向深さ(D1)は、前記ロータ側凹部(226a)のうち前記溝部(222a)に最も近い部位の径方向深さ(D2)よりも深く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシリンダ回転型圧縮機。 - 前記シャフト(24)の外周面には、前記シャフト(24)の外周面を内周側に凹ませたシャフト側凹部(241a)が形成され、
前記出口穴(240a)は、前記シャフト側凹部(241a)が形成された部位に開口して、前記シャフト側凹部(241a)の内部に形成されるシャフト側連通用空間(242a)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のシリンダ回転型圧縮機。 - 前記ロータ側連通用空間(227a)は、前記ロータ(22a)の径方向から見たときに、前記ロータ(22a)の軸方向両端部よりも中央側の部位に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のシリンダ回転型圧縮機。
- 前記出口穴(240a)は、複数設けられており、
前記ロータ(22a)の軸方向から見て、前記偏心軸(C2)周りに形成される角度のうち、前記ロータ側凹部(226a)が形成される範囲の角度を凹部形成角度(θA)とし、隣り合う2つの前記出口穴(240a)の開口縁部の遠い側同士の間に形成される最大角度を連通角度(θB)としたときに、
θA>θB
となっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のシリンダ回転型圧縮機。
