本発明は前述の事情に鑑みてなされたもので、電動パーキングロックの作動状態の判定精度を高めることを目的とする。

Claims (2)
- 電動モータ(22)の駆動力でパーキングポール(14)を駆動してパーキングギヤ(12)に係合させることでパーキングロックを作動させるアクチュエータ(20)と、前記電動モータ(22)の相対回転角を検出する相対回転角センサと、前記アクチュエータ(20)から前記パーキングポール(14)への駆動力伝達経路に配置された回動部材(24)の絶対回転角を検出する絶対回転角センサ(29)と、前記回動部材(24)に設けられて前記パーキングポール(14)が前記パーキングギヤ(12)に係合する状態を保持するパーキング位置保持部(24a)と、前記回動部材(24)の回動方向の前記パーキング位置保持部(24a)を超える位置で、前記相対回転角から前記電動モータ(22)の絶対回転角を算出する基準となる基準回転位置情報を得るために前記回動部材(24)の回動端を規制する回動端規制部(24c)とを備え、前記相対回転角センサで検出した相対回転角および前記基準回転位置情報から算出した前記電動モータ(22)の絶対回転角と、前記絶対回転角センサ(29)で検出した前記回動部材(24)の絶対回転角とに基づいてパーキングロックの作動状態を判定する電動パーキングロック装置であって、
前記回動部材(24)には前記回動端規制部(24c)および被検出部材(28)が設けられ、前記被検出部材(28)は、前記パーキングポール(14)が前記パーキングギヤ(12)に係合する状態で前記絶対回転角センサ(29)の検出面(29b)と重なるとともに、前記絶対回転角センサ(29)の平坦な検出面(29a)に沿って平行に移動することを特徴とする電動パーキングロック装置。 - 前記基準回転位置情報の取得時に、前記被検出部材(28)は、前記絶対回転角センサ(29)の検出面(29b)と重なる位置を超えて移動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動パーキングロック装置。
