Claims (14)
- 内部に所定の空間を有し、一端にノズルが形成され、他端が開放した一体形成された容器と、
一端が前記容器の他端に分離可能に連結された第1の固定部材と、
前記第1の固定部材の他端に連結された第2の固定部材と、
開放端部が前記容器の前記他端に面するようにして前記第2の固定部材内に挿入され、押されると形状が変化することにより内部の空気を前記容器内に供給して、前記容器の内部空間を押すポンプ部材と、を備えるピペット装置であって、
前記第1の固定部材と前記第2の固定部材とを連結することにより、前記ポンプ部材の前記開放端部が、前記第1の固定部材と前記第2の固定部材との間で固定されており、
前記一体形成された容器が、前記ノズルの上端から前記容器内に所定の長さで延びる延長部分を更に含む、ピペット装置。 - 前記容器の前記一端に連結され、前記ノズルを開くことが可能なキャップを更に備え、
前記キャップが、内面から突出し、かつ前記キャップが閉じられる際に前記ノズル内に挿入することが可能な挿入突起を含む、請求項1に記載のピペット装置。 - 前記延長部分の内周面が、予め設定された値の表面粗さを有する複数の非平坦部分を含む、請求項1または2に記載のピペット装置。
- 前記第1の固定部材が、
円筒状の本体と、
前記本体の内周面から内側に突出し、前記本体の内部を上側部分と下側部分とに分割する隔壁と、
前記隔壁を貫通する連通穴と、を含み、
前記連通穴が、前記容器の内部空間と前記ポンプ部材の内部とをつないでいる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のピペット装置。 - 前記連通穴の周囲に沿って上向きに突出し、前記第1の固定部材と前記第2の固定部材とが連結される際に、上面が前記ポンプ部材の下端と接触する第1の支持部と、
前記第1の支持部の前記上面から前記連通穴の周囲に沿って上向きに突出し、前記第1の固定部材と前記第2の固定部材とが連結される際に前記ポンプ部材内に挿入される第2の支持部と、が前記隔壁の上面に形成され、
前記第2の支持部が、前記第1の支持部よりも小さい外径を有し、前記第1の支持部の前記上面が、凸状であり上方に面した曲面に形成されている、請求項4に記載のピペット装置。 - 前記連通穴の外側から下向きに突出し、前記容器と前記第1の固定部材とが連結される際に前記容器内に挿入される円形の第3の支持部と、前記第3の支持部の外側から下向きに突出し、前記容器の上端と接触する下面を有する円形の第4の支持部とが、前記隔壁の下面に形成され、前記第3の支持部と前記第4の支持部とが互いに離間している、請求項4に記載のピペット装置。
- 前記第1の固定部材内において、採取チップが端部に形成され、前記第1の固定部材が前記容器に連結される際に前記容器の内部に収容されるスティック部材が固定されている、請求項4に記載のピペット装置。
- 前記第1の固定部材が、
前記連通穴の内部に設けられたスティック固定部分と、
前記連通穴の周面と前記スティック固定部分とを連結する複数のリブと、を更に含み、
前記スティック部材が、前記スティック固定部分内に挿入され、前記スティック固定部分に固定されている、請求項7に記載のピペット装置。 - 前記第1の固定部材と前記第2の固定部材とが連結される際、前記採取チップ、前記スティック部材、前記第1の固定部材及び前記第2の固定部材が連結されてなる構造体の重心が、前記第1の固定部材又は前記第2の固定部材上に位置する、請求項7に記載のピペット装置。
- 前記第2の固定部材が、
側面が上端から部分的に凹んだ円筒状の本体と、
前記本体を貫通することにより形成され、中に前記ポンプ部材が挿入される通孔と、
前記本体の内周面の上端から内側に突出した突起と、を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のピペット装置。 - 嵌合突起が突出した側面と、円形溝が形成された下面とを有する押圧プレートを更に備え、前記ポンプ部材の上端が前記円形溝内に挿入された状態で前記嵌合突起が前記第2の固定部材の前記突起の下に位置する際に、前記押圧プレートが前記ポンプ部材と前記第2の固定部材との間に挿入される、請求項10に記載のピペット装置。
- 前記第1の固定部材が、長手方向に延び、かつ間に一定の間隔を有するように配置された複数の第1の締結溝と、前記第1の固定部材の内面の周囲に沿って、前記第1の締結溝と垂直となるように延びる第2の締結溝とを含み、
前記第2の固定部材が、長手方向に延び、かつ間に一定の間隔を有するように配置された複数の第1の締結突起と、前記第2の固定部材の外面の周囲に沿って、前記第1の締結突起と垂直となるように延びる第2の締結突起とを含み、
前記第1の締結突起のそれぞれが前記第1の締結溝のそれぞれ内に挿入され、前記第2の締結突起が前記第2の締結溝内に挿入される際に、前記第1の固定部材と前記第2の固定部材とが連結される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のピペット装置。 - 前記ポンプ部材が、
内部の空間、及び平らに形成された上部を有する押圧部と、
前記押圧部の端部から所定の長さで長手方向に延びる柱状部と、
前記柱状部の端部から前記柱状部の周囲に沿って前記柱状部に垂直に突出したフランジ部と、を含み、
前記押圧部が、前記柱状部の厚さよりも大きな厚さを有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のピペット装置。 - 前記第2の固定部材と前記ポンプ部材との間に挿入され、前記ポンプ部材の上面に取り付けられた押圧プレートを更に備える、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のピペット装置。
