Claims (8)
- それぞれ軸筒が付いた第1の蝶番1と第2の蝶番2を有し、前記第1の蝶番1の軸筒内に固定ロッド3、第2の蝶番2の軸筒内には回転ロッド5を固定して取付け、固定ロッド3と回転ロッド5との間を連結ロッド4を介して連結し、前記連結ロッド4と固定ロッド3を摺動可能に連結すると共に、連結する所に中空溝46を設け、前記中空溝46内には固定ロッド3に当接し、且つ、連結ロッド4に固定したリセットばね45を設け、前記連結ロッド4と回転ロッド5とを同軸で回転伝動可能に連結し、前記固定ロッド3と回転ロッド5との相対正逆回転に連動して、リセットばね45の復元力により、連結ロッド4を軸筒内において軸方向に往復運動させ、
前記連結ロッド4と回転ロッド5との同軸回転伝動構造は、連結ロッド4と回転ロッド5とが当接する端面において円周方向に沿ってそれぞれ起伏部を設け、該起伏部が突出部と、凹部と、突出部と凹部の間の傾斜面からなり、
前記回転ロッド5の起伏部の突出部又は凹部が、連結ロッド4の起伏部の凹部又は突出部と噛み合い、2つの起伏部が噛み合った時その間にオイルタンク収容部53を形成し、
前記連結ロッド4が回転ロッド5に当接する一端がシール端であり、前記シール端の端面の中央部に液体オイルがタンク収容部53から中空溝46へ流れるようにするための貫通穴43が設けてあり、前記貫通穴43が連結ロッドの軸方向に沿って中空溝へ伸び、貫通穴43の出口に液体オイルの流動を調節する単方向弁44が設けてあることを特徴とする緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。 - 前記連結ロッド4と固定ロッド3との摺動可能な連結の構造は、軸方向に沿って相対運動し、且つ相対回転しない構造とし、その方法として嵌合連結又はキー溝連結又はスプライン連結又は横ピン連結を採用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。
- 前記嵌合連結構造は、固定ロッド3と連結ロッド4とが当接する端面にそれぞれ突出部31とその突出部に合った第1の凹溝41を設け、突出部31が第1の凹溝41にあって連結ロッド4が軸方向に摺動可能で、円周方向に固定するようにし、突出部31を固定ロッド3又は連結ロッド4の当接する端面に設け、突出部31の位置に対応して第1の凹溝41を連結ロッド4又は固定ロッド3の当接する端面に設け、前記突出部31と第1の凹溝41とが嵌合して内部に中空溝46を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。
- 連結ロッド4と回転ロッド5とが相対回動する時、該突出部と凹部のずれによって両者間における軸方向の変位を変えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。
- 前記起伏部の突出部は、突出部の平面又は突出部の円弧状面とし、その凹部は、凹部の平面又は凹部の円弧状面とし、傾斜面は、突出部と凹部の間の滑らかな傾斜面とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。
- 前記突出部の平面又は突出部の円弧状面の弧長が、2つの蝶番の緩衝時の角度に関係することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。
- 前記連結ロッド4内の貫通穴の出口には、更に連結ロッド4の中空溝内において一定の圧力に達すると、液体オイルがオイルタンク収容部53へ流れるようにするための安全弁47を有し、前記安全弁47と単方向弁44とが並列配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。
- 前記第1の蝶番の軸筒と固定ロッド3と、又は、第2の蝶番の軸筒と回転ロッド5との固定取付方法としてピン又はスプライン又はねじ嵌合を採用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝機構付きドア用蝶番。
