- 弁ハウジング(2)を有し、
弁ガイド本体(3)であって、
前記弁ハウジング(2)に固定される弁ガイド本体(3)を有し、
弁ディスク(4)であって、
前記弁ハウジング(2)の前記弁ガイド本体(3)によって閉位置と開位置との間で案内される弁ディスク(4)を有する、
バイパス弁(1)、特にコンプレッサバイパス弁において、
前記弁ガイド本体(3)及び前記弁ディスク(4)がプラスチック部品の形態であり、
前記弁ディスク(4)が一体化されたガイドロッド(6)であって、キャストインのガイドロッド(6)を有し、
前記ガイドロッド(6)が十字形の断面で形成され、前記ガイドロッドの4つの自由端領域(13〜16)に、ガイドチューブ(25)の受入れ凹部(21〜24)内に係合するリブ(17〜20)を有する、
バイパス弁(1)。 - 前記弁ディスク(4)にOリング溝(5)が設けられる請求項1に記載のバイパス弁。
- Oリングが前記Oリング溝(5)内に成形される請求項2に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記ガイドロッド(6)の自由端(7)に組立体固定装置(8)が設けられ、前記組立体固定装置(8)が前記ガイドロッド(6)の上にキャストされる請求項1に記載のバイパス弁。
- ばねガイド装置(9)が前記弁ディスク(4)の内部空間(10)に設けられる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記ばねガイド装置(9)が、複数のキャストオンのガイドウェブ(9A〜9G)を有する請求項5に記載のバイパス弁。
- ばねガイド装置(12)が前記弁ガイド本体(3)の内部空間(11)に配置される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記ばねガイド装置(12)が、複数のキャストオンのガイドウェブ(12A〜12H)を有する請求項7に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記ガイドチューブ(25)が、保持リブ装置(26)によって前記弁ガイド本体(3)の内部空間(11)の中心に配置される請求項1に記載のバイパス弁。
- 環状ガイド突出部(27)が、前記弁ガイド本体(3)の前記弁ディスク(4)の平面に対向する位置に設けられる請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記弁ディスク(4)に、前記弁ガイド本体(3)と前記弁ディスク(4)との重なりを生じさせるための長くした弁ディスク部分(28)が設けられる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記弁ガイド本体(3)に、前記弁ガイド本体(3)と前記弁ディスク(4)との重なりを生じさせるための長くした弁ガイド本体部分(28)が設けられる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記弁ガイド本体(3)に、円周方向に突出する保持カラー(29)が設けられる請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス弁。
