Claims (4)
- 圧着端子の電線接続部は電線の導体に圧着するための圧着部を備え、この圧着部は、前記導体を上面に載せる底板と、この底板の幅方向両側縁から上に延びる一対の圧着片とを有し、一対の前記圧着片は加締めにより前記底板上に載せた導体を包み込むように内側に曲げられて、前記導体に圧着接続するものであり、
一対の前記圧着片が前記導体に圧着接続した場合に各圧着片同士で前記導体側に突出した湾曲形状が成形され、前記各圧着片の端部が前記導体に対して非食い込み状態になっており、
前記導体に圧着接続した場合に、一対の前記圧着片がこれらの各端部同士が対向する付近で連続的な湾曲形状を形成しており、一対の前記圧着片の各端面のそれぞれが前記幅方向に対して直交しており、前記幅方向における一対の前記圧着片の各端面の間の寸法が、前記圧着片の厚さの寸法よりも小さくなっており、さらに、高さ方向では、一対の前記圧着片の各端部のところにおける前記圧着片と前記底板との間の寸法が、一対の前記圧着片の各端部のところから離れて前記底板に対向している所定の部位における前記圧着片と前記底板との間の寸法よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 前記導体に圧着接続した場合に、一対の前記圧着片の各端面のところにおける一対の前記圧着片の高さ寸法と、一対の前記圧着片の各端部のところから離れていて高さ寸法が最大になってところにおける一対の前記圧着片の高さ寸法との差の値が、前記圧着片の厚さの寸法よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧着端子。
- 前記導線の長手方向に延びている所定の軸まわりの回転モーメントによって一対の前記圧着片が開こうとした場合に一対の前記圧着片の各端部同士が干渉し開きを抑制することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧着端子。
- 前記幅方向で一対の前記圧着片が開こうとした場合に一対の前記圧着片の湾曲した部分が前記導体に干渉し開きを抑制することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の圧着端子。
