図1において、1は一方の管(管路構成部材)の端部に形成された受口、2は他方の管(管路構成部材)の端部に形成された挿口であり、これらの管(管路構成部材)同士が接続される際には、図1に示すように、受口1の内部に挿口2が挿入される。

Claims (4)
- 一方の管の端部に形成された受口の内部に、他方の管の端部に形成された挿口が挿入された管継手であって、
受口の内周にロックリング収容溝が形成され、
前記ロックリング収容溝に、挿口の外面に形成された突部に係り合い可能な金属製のロックリングと、前記ロックリング収容溝における底面部および受口開口側の側壁部に当接するクッション材とが収納され、
前記クッション材は、前記ロックリングよりも軟らかい材料で構成され、受口が形成されている管と挿口が形成されている管とが屈曲した状態で接続されている場合において、受口から挿口が離脱する方向に作用する力が増加すると、前記クッション材における前記ロックリングとの当接部が周方向に広がるように変形するよう構成されていることを特徴とする離脱防止管継手。 - 前記クッション材が樹脂により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の離脱防止管継手。
- 前記ロックリングにおける受口開口側側面に、外周向きに傾斜する傾斜面が形成され、前記クッション材における受口奥側側面に、内周向きに傾斜して前記ロックリングの傾斜面に当接可能な傾斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の離脱防止管継手。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の離脱防止管継手を有することを特徴とする管路構成部材。
