特に重なることなく実質的に離すことが可能である。すなわち、絶縁クリンプ領域は横断方向に相互に隣接した状態で第1タイプの複数の3次元構造帯を有していてよく、又、異なる長手位置での横断方向に相互に隣接した状態で、すなわち、長手方向にオフセットした状態で第2タイプの複数の3次元構造帯を有していてよい。好ましくは第1タイプの固定ゾーンは、セレーション又は複数の溝を有し、好ましくは第2タイプの固定ゾーンは少なくとも1つのカム、ツメ、又はフックを有する。
Claims (15)
- スプライス接触デバイス、タブ接触デバイス(1)又はソケット接触デバイス(1)として用いられる車両分野における電気的クリンプ接触デバイス(1)であって、
ケーブルの電気的導体との電気的接続のための接続領域(20)およびケーブルの電気的絶縁体の機械的クランプのための絶縁クリンプ領域(30)を有し、
絶縁クリンプ領域(30)は、絶縁体が絶縁クリンプ領域(30)による機械的なクランプに加えて機械的に固定され得るように、少なくとも2つの異なる構成を有する固定デバイス(330)の固定ゾーン(332、334)を有しており、および
凹部を各々有する少なくとも2つの固定ゾーン332と突起部を各々有する少なくとも2つの固定ゾーン334とが、長手方向にずらされた状態で列をそれぞれ形成していることを特徴とする、電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。 - ケーブルの絶縁体の機械的なクランプは実質的に摩擦係合に基づき、絶縁体の機械的な固定は実質的に確実なロッキング係合に基づき、確実なロッキング係合は、特に摩擦係合により維持され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 少なくとも2つの固定ゾーン(332、334)が相互に区別して分離され、又、絶縁クリンプ領域(30)に/中に固定デバイス(330)として構成され、凹部を有する固定ゾーン(332)が突起部を有する固定ゾーン(334)に隣接するように設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 絶縁クリンプ領域(30)の材料層(300)が、異なる材料厚さを有する固定ゾーン(332、334)を有し、および/又は
材料層(300)が、第1のシンプルな断面形状および第1のシンプルな断面形状とは異なる断面形状である第2のシンプルな断面形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。 - 突起部が絶縁体に係合することができ、および/又は、絶縁体が絶縁クリンプ領域(30)とケーブルの絶縁体との間に絶縁クリンプを構成するための凹部に係合することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 絶縁クリンプ領域(30)が、横断方向(Q)に相互に離隔する複数の特に3つ又は4つの類似の固定ゾーン(332又は334)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 凹部を各々有する複数の固定ゾーン(332)および突起部を各々有する複数の固定ゾーン(334)が横断方向(Q)に実質的に延在する列で配置され、該列は長手方向(L)に相互に関連してずらされるように配置されおよび/又は供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 凹部を有する固定ゾーン(332)の一部は、長手方向(L)に突起部を有する固定ゾーン(334)の一部に実質的に一致していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 固定ゾーン(332、334)が3次元構造的なゾーン(332、334)であり、
固定ゾーン(332)の凹部が、少なくとも1つの溝、溝付きの構造、縦溝付きの構造、溝状の構造又はセレーションであり、および/又は固定ゾーン(334)の突起部が、少なくとも1つのカム、ツメ若しくはフックを有し、又は、刻み付きの構造、針状の構造若しくはフック状の構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。 - 絶縁クリンプ領域(30)が、横断方向(Q)に複数の、特に4つの凹部を各々有する固定ゾーン(332)、および複数の、特に3つの突起部を各々有する固定ゾーン(334)を有し、
凹部を有する固定ゾーン(332)が、横断方向(Q)に突起部を有する固定ゾーン(334)と交互にすることができ、又、凹部を有する固定ゾーン(332)は、特に実質的に重なることなく、長手方向(L)で突起部を有する固定ゾーン(334)に対して離隔していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。 - 個々の固定ゾーン(332)の凹部として複数の溝が供され、又、個々の固定ゾーン(334)の突起部として少なくとも1つのカム、ツメ又はフックが供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 溝は、20〜250μm、40〜200μm、50〜150μm、60〜125μm、70〜100μm又は80〜90μmの高さ又は深さを有し、又、カム、ツメ又はフックは、40〜400μm、60〜300μm、70〜250μm、80〜200μm、又は100〜150μmの高さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- 凹部を有する複数の固定ゾーン(332)が各々セレーションを有し、又、突起部を有する複数の固定ゾーン(334)が各々カム、ツメ又はフックを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。
- ・固定デバイス(330)が絶縁クリンプ領域(30)の内側に供され、
・固定デバイス(330)の固定ゾーン(332)に供される凹部として、固定のため材料層(300)の内面(301)に関連して排他的なセレーションが供され、および/又は
・固定デバイス(330)の端又は縁が、鋭いエッジを有し、又は丸くされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の電気的クリンプ接触デバイス。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの電気的接触デバイスが構成されている、コネクタ、特にスプライス・コネクタ。
