Claims (6)
- チャック体(10、20)に組み込まれた油圧拡張チャック機構(23)を有する油圧拡張チャック(1)であって、
上記油圧拡張チャック機構(23)は、全体に亘って円柱形の内壁を有する拡張クランプブッシング(23a)と、当該拡張クランプブッシング(23a)の中に配置された、シャンクツール(W)を収容するための径違いブッシング(24)とを有し、
上記径違いブッシング(24)は、外周側では形状結合により回転不可能に上記チャック体(10、20)に結合されており、内周側ではシャンクツール(W)と形状結合により、回転不可能に結合するように形成されており、
上記径違いブッシング(24)とチャック体(10、20)との形状結合は、軸方向に、上記径違いブッシング(24)の内側の長手の端部(24d)に限定されており、
上記径違いブッシング(24)とシャンクツール(W)との形状結合は、軸方向に、上記径違いブッシング(24)の内側の長手の端部(24d)に限定されており、
上記径違いブッシング(24)の内側の長手の端部(24d)は、円周の方向に連続していることを特徴とする、油圧拡張チャック(1)。 - 上記内側の長手の端部(24d)は、軸方向に外側の長手の端部(24c)および、上記内側の長手の端部(24d)と外側の長手の端部(24c)との間の中心の長手部分(24g)に対して、より小さい外径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧拡張チャック(1)。
- 上記径違いブッシング(24)は、多辺を持つ断面を有する外形を有し、当該多辺を持つ断面を有する外形は、チャック体(10、20)の、多辺を持つ断面を有する内形に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の油圧拡張チャック(1)。
- 上記径違いブッシング(24)は、多辺を持つ断面を有する外形を、シャンクツール(W)の軸端部において、形状結合により収容するために、多辺を持つ断面を有する内形を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までいずれか1項に記載の油圧拡張チャック(1)。
- 上記径違いブッシング(24)は、軸方向にその外側の長手の端部(24c)に、チャック体(10、20)の前面にて軸方向に支持される支持フランジ(24h)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までいずれか1項に記載の油圧拡張チャック(1)。
- 本体(10)と、当該本体(10)に少なくとも軸方向に弾力性があるように結合した収容体(20)とを有するチャック体(10、20)を有することを特徴とし、上記拡張クランプブッシング(23a)に収容された径違いブッシング(24)を有する上記油圧拡張チャック機構(23)は、収容体(20)に組み込まれている、請求項1から5までいずれか1項に記載の油圧拡張チャック(1)。
