Description
Claims (14)
- 粒子を選択し留保する装置であって、前記装置は、
バイオリアクタータンクと、
スクリーニング装置であって、前記バイオリアクタータンクの下流側に設けられ、10−5,000ミクロンの範囲でメッシュサイズを適用する、前記バイオリアクタータンクの混合液から粒子を選択するためのスクリーンを含むスクリーニング装置と、
主たる固形物−液体分離器からの、または、抽出された廃棄物−固形物流からの、固形物の回収流と、
スクリーニング中に正圧または負圧を印加することにより粒子を圧縮する装置と、
を含み、
好ましい選択が圧縮率またはせん断抵抗に基づいて前記スクリーニング装置内において行われ、圧縮率が低い部分またはせん断抵抗が高い部分は前記スクリーンを通過せずに前記スクリーニング装置に留保され、他方、圧縮率が高い部分またはせん断抵抗が低い部分は前記スクリーンを通過して前記スクリーニング装置に留保されず、
前記装置が、前記スクリーンを通過しない前記部分の少なくとも一部を、粒子を選択し留保するための前記スクリーニング装置の上流側に位置する廃水処理システムの一部に返送するように構成されている、装置。 - 振動スクリーンの使用時には前記スクリーンの周期的な振動動作により、
回転ドラムスクリーン使用時には回転動作により、または、
前記スクリーンの上流の分離混合せん断装置により、あるいは、
前記スクリーンへのろ過流の回収の増加により、
前記粒子にせん断応力(力)を適用するメカニズムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記スクリーンにより留保される有機体または粒子の選択を最適化するために、暴露されるせん断速度または時間が、分析または検出機器を用いて、手動でまたは自動で制御される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スクリーンにより留保される有機体または粒子の選択を最適化するために、粒子の圧縮率が、分析または検出機器を用いて、手動でまたは自動で制御される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スクリーンは、必要であれば改善された沈降特性を示し得る粒状固形物の一部または全部を選択し、同じ前記スクリーンが、他の非粒状固形物の一部または全部の通過を許可する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 留保された粒子の上限及び下限サイズ範囲を選ぶための一連のスクリーンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 粒状固形物が、好気性、無酸素性または嫌気性、あるいは、これらの条件の組み合わせ下で、選択及び留保され、非粒状固形物が、凝集剤または分散固形物を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 留保された粒子または前記スクリーンを通過した部分が、生物学的に増強される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 留保された粒子が、生物起源であり、嫌気性のアンモニア酸化有機体またはメタン生成有機体等の成長の遅い有機体、好気性有機体または無酸素有機体、空気または他の物質への暴露に基づき特化分を成長させるために共生共存できる有機体を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 留保された粒子が、化学的な反応特性を有し、汚染を除去するための、樹脂、吸着剤、または、触媒の形である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 廃水を処理する活性汚泥システムであって、前記活性汚泥システムが、請求項1に記載の装置を含む活性汚泥システム。
- 留保された粒子が有機体または反応物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- スクリーニング中に正圧または負圧を印加することにより粒子を圧縮する前記装置が、前記スクリーンの上流側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- スクリーニング中に正圧または負圧を印加することにより粒子を圧縮する前記装置が、前記スクリーンの下流側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
