Abstract
Description
まず、実施の形態1の冷凍サイクル装置の構成等を説明する前に、冷凍サイクル装置の絞り部の閉塞の原因となる高分子オリゴマーの析出を抑制するメカニズムについて説明する。なお、「絞り部」とは、圧縮機内の細管およびキャピラリーチューブ等の冷媒回路内の狭小部を意味する。
本実施の形態の冷凍サイクル装置は、圧縮機、凝縮機および蒸発機を含む冷媒回路を備える。冷媒回路内に冷媒が封入されている。圧縮機内に冷凍機油が充填されている。冷凍機油中にポリエステル系樹脂を含む絶縁材料が浸漬されている。
図2は、本実施の形態に用いられる圧縮機の一例の断面図である。図2に示されるように、密閉容器21には、冷媒を圧縮するための圧縮機構部22と、圧縮機構部22を回転駆動させる電動機部23とが設置されている。
電動機部23は、密閉容器に固定された固定子26と、固定子26に包囲されて回転する回転子27とを有し、回転子27には、圧縮機構部を駆動する駆動軸28が設置されている。
冷媒は、ジフルオロメタン(HFC−32)およびハイドロフルオロオレフィン(HFO)系冷媒の少なくとも1種の冷媒であることが好ましい。冷媒が、HFC−32とHFO系冷媒の混合物である場合、HFC−32に対するハイドロフルオロオレフィン系冷媒の比率が10〜70質量%であることが好ましい。ただし、この場合でも、冷媒が他の成分を含んでいてもよく、例えば、10質量%以下のペンタフルオロエタン(HFC−125)を含んでいてもよい。冷媒は、好ましくはHFC−32のみからなる冷媒である。
冷凍機油としては、温度が90℃以上130℃以下であり、圧力が1.9MPa以上4.5MPa以下である場合(電動機部23内の条件)において、冷媒/冷凍機油の混合物の溶解性パラメータ(SP値)が8.2以上9.0以下となるような冷凍機油が選定される。
冷媒/冷凍機油混合物のSP値は、以下のように計算される。

ここで、Ecohは凝集エネルギーを、Vはモル分子容を示す。ここでの凝集エネルギーの単位はcal/molを用いることにする。表1に、種々の置換基についての凝集エネルギーとモル分子容(Fedorsの提案したEcohとV)の値を記す。
本試験例では、実施の形態1で説明した冷凍サイクル装置の構成により、目詰まりによる機器の停止が起こらないことを実証するための実機試験を行った。
Claims (3)
- 圧縮機、凝縮機および蒸発機を含む冷媒回路と、電動機部と、を備える冷凍サイクル装置であって、
前記冷媒回路内に冷媒が封入されており、
前記圧縮機内に冷凍機油が充填されており、前記冷凍機油中に前記電動機部に用いられるポリエステル系樹脂を含む絶縁材料が浸漬されており、
前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油との混合物の溶解性パラメータが8.2以上9.0以下であり、
前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油との混合物の溶解性パラメータは、前記冷媒および前記冷凍機油の各々の溶解性パラメータと、前記電動機部における液体の前記冷媒および液体の前記冷凍機油の混合比とを用いて算出された前記冷媒および前記冷凍機油の各々の溶解性パラメータの平均値であり、
前記冷凍機油がポリオールエステル油であり、
前記ポリオールエステル油は、ペンタエリスリトールおよびネオペンチルグリコールの少なくともいずれかと脂肪酸とのエステル反応生成物であって、
前記脂肪酸の炭素数は4以上9以下であり、
前記脂肪酸に含まれる直鎖脂肪酸の比率が10質量%以上70質量%以下であり、
前記電動機部の温度が90℃以上130℃以下であり、
前記電動機部の圧力が1.9MPa以上4.5MPa以下であり、
前記冷媒がジフルオロメタンであり、
前記蒸発機の温度は、−35℃以上−25℃以下である、
冷凍サイクル装置。 - 圧縮機、凝縮機および蒸発機を含む冷媒回路と、電動機部と、を備える冷凍サイクル装置であって、
前記冷媒回路内に冷媒が封入されており、
前記圧縮機内に冷凍機油が充填されており、前記電動機部に用いられるポリエステル系樹脂を含む絶縁材料が浸漬されており、
前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油との混合物の溶解性パラメータが8.2以上9.0以下であり、
前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油との混合物の溶解性パラメータは、前記冷媒および前記冷凍機油の各々の溶解性パラメータと、前記電動機部における液体の前記冷媒および液体の前記冷凍機油の混合比とを用いて算出された前記冷媒および前記冷凍機油の各々の溶解性パラメータの平均値であり、
前記冷凍機油がアルキルベンゼン油であり、
前記電動機部の温度が90℃以上130℃以下であり、
前記電動機部の圧力が1.9MPa以上4.5MPa以下であり、
前記冷媒がジフルオロメタンであり、
前記蒸発機の温度は、−35℃以上−25℃以下である、
冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記ポリエステル系樹脂が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレートおよび、ポリブチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
