Description
チュエータ収納部Faと、そのアクチュエータ収納部Faの上端に連なる通電用カプラ部Fcと、そのカプラ部Fcの上端に連なる燃料導入部Fiとを備える。そして、この燃料噴射弁Fのバルブ収納部Fvが弁取付孔2の小径孔部2aに、またアクチュエータ収納部Faが大径孔部2eにそれぞれ挿入され、さらにバルブ収納部Fvと小径孔部2aとの間には、その間を気密にシールするOリング3が圧縮状態で介装される。
コストで低減可能となる。

Claims (1)
- シリンダヘッド(SH)に設けた弁取付孔(2)に嵌装されて燃焼室(C)に燃料を直接噴射し得る燃料噴射弁(F)の外周段部(7)と、この外周段部(7)と対向して弁取付孔(2)に設けられる環状段部(2d)との間に防振手段(L)が介装されてなる、内燃機関における燃料噴射弁の防振構造において、
前記防振手段(L)は、前記外周段部(7)に係合する上側リング(Lu)と、その上側リング(Lu)及び前記環状段部(2d)間に挟圧されて互いに重なり合う少なくとも2個の防振用リング(L1,L2)とを含むリング積層体より構成され、
各々の前記防振用リング(L1,L2)は、それの外表面全面に複数の凹凸(11,12)が形成されており、
前記複数の凹凸(11,12)は、圧延により形成された微細且つ不均一な形状であることを特徴とする内燃機関における燃料噴射弁の防振構造。
