Claims (27)
- 組織部位における減圧を管理する装置であって、
組織部位における圧力を測定するように構成された単一のセンサと、
前記単一のセンサに接続された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置が、
組織部位における圧力測定値を示すデータを、前記単一のセンサから取得し、
減圧源の動作パラメータを示すデータを取得し、
圧力測定値が前記動作パラメータの変化に無反応であるか否かを判定し、かつ、
圧力測定値が前記動作パラメータの変化に無反応である場合に、信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置がさらに、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を変化させるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置が、前記動作パラメータの変化に基づいて、漏れと閉塞とを区別するように動作可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記動作パラメータが増加する場合に、前記信号が漏れを示すことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記動作パラメータが減少する場合に、前記信号が閉塞を示すことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記動作パラメータが増加する場合に、漏れを示す第1信号を与え、前記動作パラメータが減少する場合に、閉塞を示す第2信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
圧力測定値が無反応であるか否かを判定することには、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を変化させること、並びに、
圧力測定値が変化するか否かを判定すること
が含まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
圧力測定値が無反応であるか否かを判定することには、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を変化させること、並びに、
圧力測定値が予め設定された時間内に変化するか否かを判定すること
が含まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
前記予め設定された時間は、1秒より長くかつ10秒より短いことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
前記予め設定された時間は、4秒より長くかつ6秒より短いことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
圧力測定値が無反応であるか否かを判定することには、
目標減圧を決定すること、
前記目標減圧が圧力測定値を上回る場合に、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させること、並びに、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させた後に、圧力測定値が増加しないか否かを判定すること
が含まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
圧力測定値が無反応であるか否かを判定することには、
目標減圧を決定すること、
前記目標減圧が圧力測定値を上回る場合に、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させること、並びに、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させてから予め設定された時間内に、圧力測定値が増加しないか否かを判定すること
が含まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
圧力測定値が無反応であるか否かを判定することには、
目標減圧を決定すること、
前記目標減圧が圧力測定値を上回る場合に、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させること、並びに、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させてから予め設定された時間内に、圧力測定値が前記目標減圧に達しないか否かを判定すること
が含まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記動作パラメータが、電流の流れ、モータの速度および化学反応からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、

減圧源と、
組織部位からの圧力を測定するように構成された単一のセンサと、
前記減圧源および前記単一のセンサに接続された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記減圧源の動作パラメータを示すデータを取得し、前記圧力が前記動作パラメータの変化に無反応である場合に、信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項18に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記動作パラメータが増加する場合に、漏れを示す信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項18に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記動作パラメータが減少する場合に、閉塞を示す信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項18に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記動作パラメータが増加する場合に、漏れを示す第1信号を与え、前記動作パラメータが減少する場合に、閉塞を示す第2信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 組織部位における減圧を管理する装置であって、
減圧源と、
単一のセンサと、
前記減圧源および前記単一のセンサに接続された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置が、
組織部位における圧力を示すデータを前記単一のセンサから取得し、
前記減圧源に関連する動作パラメータを示すデータを取得し、
前記動作パラメータの変化を検出し、
組織部位における圧力が前記動作パラメータの変化に反応するか否かを判定し、かつ、
前記圧力が前記動作パラメータの変化に反応しない場合に、信号を発するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項22に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置が、前記動作パラメータを変化させるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項22に記載の装置において、
前記制御装置は、予め設定された時間内に圧力が前記変化に反応しない場合に、信号を発するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項22に記載の装置において、
前記圧力が反応するか否かを判定することには、
目標減圧を決定すること、
前記目標減圧が組織部位における圧力を上回る場合に、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させること、並びに、
組織部位における圧力が予め設定された時間内に増加するか否かを判定すること
が含まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項22に記載の装置において、
前記圧力が反応するか否かを判定することには、
目標減圧を決定すること、
前記目標減圧が組織部位における圧力を上回る場合に、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させること、並びに、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させた後の予め設定された時間内に、組織部位における圧力が前記目標減圧に達するか否かを判定すること
が含まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 減圧を管理する制御装置であって、
組織部位における圧力を示すデータを単一のセンサから取得し、
減圧源に関連する動作パラメータを示すデータを取得し、かつ、
前記圧力が前記動作パラメータの変化に反応しない場合に、信号を発するように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。
