Claims (16)
- 難燃熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、
A.少なくとも38重量%のスチレン含有量を有する水素添加スチレンブロックコポリマーであって、前記スチレンブロックコポリマーは、スチレンが各ブロック内に存在する、少なくとも3つのブロックを含み、前記スチレンブロックコポリマーの各末端ブロックは50重量%超のスチレンを含む、水素添加スチレンブロックコポリマーと、
B.23℃でリン含有液体であり、前記組成物の総重量に基づき5〜35重量%の量で存在する、第1の非ハロゲン系難燃剤と、
C.23℃で固体であり、前記組成物の総重量に基づき10重量%超〜65重量%の量で存在する、第2の非ハロゲン系難燃剤と、
D.前記組成物の総重量に基づき5〜65重量%の量の、前記水素添加スチレンブロックコポリマーとは異なる更なるポリマーと、
を含み、前記組成物の総重量に基づき5重量%未満の軟化剤を有する、難燃熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 - 前記スチレンブロックコポリマーが、共役ジエンとモノアルケニルアレーンとを有する少なくとも1つの制御分布又はランダム分布コポリマーブロックを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、3重量%未満の前記軟化剤を含有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記軟化剤を不含である、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1の非ハロゲン系難燃剤が、リン酸エステルである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記第2の非ハロゲン系難燃剤が、リン含有難燃剤、窒素含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、金属水和物、膨張性黒鉛、及び有機層状ケイ酸塩のうちの1つ以上であり、前記第2の非ハロゲン系難燃剤が、前記組成物の総重量に基づき15〜62重量%の量で存在する、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリオレフィン、ポリフェニレンオキサイド、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン、ポリスチレン、アクリロニトリルエチレンスチレン(AES)、及びスチレンアクリロニトリルコポリマー(SAN)のうちの1つ以上を含み、前記ポリマーが、前記組成物の総重量に基づき10〜40重量%の量で存在する、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記スチレンブロックコポリマーが、前記組成物の総重量に基づき5〜50重量%の量で存在する、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、エチレンビニルアセテート、マレイン化ポリオレフィン、マレイン化スチレンブロックコポリマー、マレイン化EPDM、アクリルポリマー、及び無水マレイン酸/オレフィンコポリマーのうちの1つ以上を含む極性ポリマーを更に含み、前記極性ポリマーが、前記組成物の総重量に基づき1〜10重量%の量で存在する、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、ナノクレイ、有機変性粘土、滑石、及び雲母のうちの1つ以上を含む板状充填材を前記組成物の総重量に基づき0.5〜5重量%の量で更に含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、抗酸化剤、分散剤、充填材、増量剤、潤滑剤、顔料、安定剤、ステアリン酸、UV吸収剤、及びレオロジー改質剤のうちの1つ以上を更に含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、1/16インチ(1.5875mm)の厚さでのV0評点でUL94VB燃焼試験に合格する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、ハロゲン不含である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含む押出又は成形物品。
- 前記スチレンブロックコポリマーが、三元ブロックコポリマーであり、中間ブロック内の前記スチレンが、ランダムに配置されているか、又は制御分布を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含むワイヤ又はケーブルジャケット。
