Description
請求項3記載のパイプ継手は、基体筒部と、前記基体筒部の外周面から径方向外側に向けて突出する抜止め突起と、前記基体筒部の端面から延出され前記基体筒部よりも小径とされた内筒と、を有する継手基体と、前記基体筒部へ外装される第1筒部と、前記第1筒部から軸方向へ延設されていると共に前記第1筒部の内径よりも大きな内径とされ、前記内筒との間にパイプが挿入される環状空間を形成すると共に前記第1筒部との間に前記抜止め突起と係合する段差部を形成する第2筒部と、前記段差部に形成される斜面を有するカラーと、を備え、前記斜面が、径方向視で湾曲している又はテーパ状に形成されており、前記斜面における前記第1筒部側の部位が、前記第1筒部の内径よりも大径とされかつ径方向視で前記継手基体側に向けて凸状とされた凸状部とされている。

- 基体筒部と、前記基体筒部の外周面から径方向外側に向けて突出する抜止め突起と、前記基体筒部の端面から延出され前記基体筒部よりも小径とされた内筒と、を有する継手基体と、
前記基体筒部へ外装される第1筒部と、前記第1筒部から軸方向へ延設されていると共に前記第1筒部の内径よりも大きな内径とされ、前記内筒との間にパイプが挿入される環状空間を形成すると共に前記第1筒部との間に前記抜止め突起と係合する段差部を形成する第2筒部と、前記段差部に形成される斜面を有するカラーと、
を備え、
前記斜面が、径方向視で湾曲している又はテーパ状に形成されており、
前記斜面における前記第2筒部側の部位が、前記第2筒部の内径よりも小径とされかつ径方向視で前記継手基体側が開放された凹状部とされているパイプ継手。 - 前記斜面における前記第1筒部側の部位が、前記第1筒部の内径よりも大径とされかつ径方向視で前記継手基体側に向けて凸状とされた凸状部とされている請求項1に記載のパイプ継手。
- 基体筒部と、前記基体筒部の外周面から径方向外側に向けて突出する抜止め突起と、前記基体筒部の端面から延出され前記基体筒部よりも小径とされた内筒と、を有する継手基体と、
前記基体筒部へ外装される第1筒部と、前記第1筒部から軸方向へ延設されていると共に前記第1筒部の内径よりも大きな内径とされ、前記内筒との間にパイプが挿入される環状空間を形成すると共に前記第1筒部との間に前記抜止め突起と係合する段差部を形成する第2筒部と、前記段差部に形成される斜面を有するカラーと、
を備え、
前記斜面が、径方向視で湾曲している又はテーパ状に形成されており、
前記斜面における前記第1筒部側の部位が、前記第1筒部の内径よりも大径とされかつ径方向視で前記継手基体側に向けて凸状とされた凸状部とされているパイプ継手。
