Claims (5)
- 表示領域に複数の画素が配置された基板と、
前記基板の一面に設けられた複数の接続パッドと、
前記画素と前記接続パッドとをそれぞれ接続する配線と、
を備え、
前記基板は、
前記表示領域及び前記表示領域の外側にある非表示領域を含むパネル部と、
前記複数の接続パッドが並列して配置される端子部と、
を有し、
前記端子部は、
前記パネル部から第1の方向に連続して延びる第1の部分と、
前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向に、前記パネル部の縁を超えて、前記第1の部分から連続して延び、前記第1の部分に重なるように折り曲げられて配置された第2の部分と、
を有し、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、それぞれ、前記第1の方向に前記パネル部とは反対側に、側端面を有し、
前記第2の部分が折り曲げられることにより、前記第1の部分及び第2の部分の前記側端面は、平面視で重なり、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分に、前記第2の方向に連続して並ぶように、前記複数の接続パッドが配置される、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の表示装置であって、
前記第1の部分の前記第2の方向の幅と前記第2の部分の前記第2の方向の幅との和が、
前記パネル部の前記第2の方向の幅よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の表示装置であって、
前記第2の部分が、第1のサブ部と第2のサブ部とを有し、
前記第1のサブ部は前記第1の部分の一方側の端に接続し、
前記第2のサブ部は、前記第1の部分の他方側の端に接続し、
前記第1のサブ部の前記第2の方向の先端部が、前記第2のサブ部の前記第2の方向の先端部と向き合う、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置であって、
前記端子部に、前記複数の接続パッドに接続するドライバICが、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分の境界を避けて配置されている、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置であって、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分が、前記複数の接続パッドが設けられた前記一面とは反対側の面同士で、補強材を介して固定されている、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。
