Description
特に、表面処理が電気メッキである場合にはメッキする対象の形状によって磁束密度が均一でないため、厚みが不均一となりやすい。そのため、従来の技術では前記と同じ特開2011-89432で示されるように、メッキのつく母材にあらかじめテーパを設けている。
弁体114は電磁コイル105に通電していない閉弁状態においてはスプリング55の付勢力によってノズル101の先端に設けられた固定弁116と当接しており、前記高圧ポンプから供給された燃料の流れを燃料噴射孔116Aから遮断している。
また、導体109の先端部に形成されたコネクタ123にはバッテリ電圧より電力を供給するプラグが接続される。電磁コイル105は図示しないコントローラにより、導体109を通じて通電、非通電が制御される。

Claims (6)
- コイルと、弁体と、固定コアと、前記弁体を開弁させる可動コアと、を備え、前記固定コアと前記可動コアとのそれぞれの対向面には厚みのある表面処理が施された電磁弁において、
前記可動コアの表面処理前の母材形状は、外周側から外周平面部、外周テーパ部、R部、突起平面部、第一内周テーパ部、及び前記突起平面部に対する傾斜角が前記第一内周テーパ部よりも大きい第二内周テーパ部を備え、
前記可動コアは、表面処理後の表面形状として、外周側から外周平面部、外周テーパ部、R部、突起平面部、及び内周テーパ部を備え、
前記母材形状の前記突起平面部は、前記可動コアの可動方向に平行な断面上において、前記母材形状の前記R部に接する接線としてこのR部に接続される構成を有し、
表面処理後の前記可動コアは、前記可動コアの可動方向に平行な断面上において、前記表面形状の前記突起平面部が前記表面形状の前記R部に接する接線としてこのR部に接続される構成を有していることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記固定コア及び前記可動コアの両方、もしくは一方の表面処理層の厚みは、中心側ほど厚いことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記可動コアの前記母材形状の前記第一内周テーパ部が、前記可動コアの可動方向に平行な断面上において、前記母材形状の前記R部に接する接線としてこのR部に接続される構成を有していることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記可動コアの表面処理前の母材形状の前記突起平面部と前記第一内周テーパ部との間に内周R部を備え、
前記母材形状の前記突起平面部は、前記可動コアの可動方向に平行な断面上において、前記母材形状の前記内周R部に接する接線として前記内周R部に接続される構成を有していることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項4に記載の電磁弁において、
前記可動コアの前記母材形状が有する、前記外周平面部、前記外周テーパ部、前記R部、前記突起平面部、前記第一内周テーパ部、前記内周R部、及び前記第二内周テーパ部を前記固定コア側の母材形状に設け、
前記可動コアの前記表面形状が有する、前記外周平面部、前記外周テーパ部、前記R部、前記突起平面部、及び前記内周テーパ部を前記固定コア側の表面形状に設けたことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項5に記載の電磁弁において、
表面処理を電気メッキである硬質クロムメッキとすることを特徴とする電磁弁。
