前記吸入室と前記斜板室とが連通し、
前記リンク機構は、前記駆動軸に挿通されて前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸に固定され、前記斜板と対向するラグ部材と、前記ラグ部材から前記駆動軸の回転が前記斜板に伝達される斜板アームとを有し、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ラグ部材と、前記駆動軸に挿通され、前記ラグ部材と前記斜板との間に配置されて前記斜板と一体回転可能に係合し、前記駆動軸心方向に移動して前記傾斜角度を変更可能な移動体と、前記ラグ部材と前記移動体と前記駆動軸とにより区画され、内部の圧力によって前記移動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記移動体には、前記斜板と係合する第1作用部及び第2作用部が形成され、
前記斜板には、前記第1作用部及び前記第2作用部と係合する被作用部が形成され、
前記第1作用部、前記第2作用部及び前記被作用部は、前記駆動軸心から前記斜板における前記ピストンの上死点位置対応部側に偏心して位置し、
前記第1作用部及び前記第2作用部は、前記上死点位置対応部と前記駆動軸心とで形成される上死点面を跨いで対をなしていることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 吸入室、吐出室、斜板室及びシリンダボアが形成されたハウジングと、前記ハウジングに回転可能に支持された駆動軸と、前記駆動軸の回転によって前記斜板室内で回転可能な斜板と、前記駆動軸と前記斜板との間に設けられ、前記駆動軸の駆動軸心に直交する方向に対する前記斜板の傾斜角度の変更を許容するリンク機構と、前記シリンダボアに往復動可能に収納されたピストンと、前記斜板の回転により、前記傾斜角度に応じたストロークで前記ピストンを前記シリンダボア内で往復動させる変換機構と、前記傾斜角度を変更可能なアクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータを制御する制御機構とを備え、
前記吸入室と前記斜板室とが連通し、
前記リンク機構は、前記駆動軸に挿通されて前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸に固定され、前記斜板と対向するラグ部材と、前記ラグ部材から前記駆動軸の回転が前記斜板に伝達される斜板アームとを有し、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ラグ部材と、前記駆動軸に挿通され、前記ラグ部材と前記斜板との間に配置されて前記斜板と一体回転可能に係合し、前記駆動軸心方向に移動して前記傾斜角度を変更可能な移動体と、前記ラグ部材と前記移動体と前記駆動軸とにより区画され、内部の圧力によって前記移動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記移動体には、前記斜板と係合する第1作用部及び第2作用部が形成され、
前記斜板には、前記第1作用部及び前記第2作用部と係合する被作用部が形成され、
前記第1作用部、前記第2作用部及び前記被作用部は、前記駆動軸心から前記斜板における前記ピストンの上死点位置対応部側に偏心して位置し、
前記第1作用部及び前記第2作用部は、前記上死点位置対応部と前記駆動軸心とで形成される上死点面を跨いで対をなしていることを特徴とする容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記第1作用部から前記上死点面までの距離と、前記第2作用部から前記上死点面までの距離とは略等しい請求項1記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
- 前記第1作用部及び前記第2作用部は、前記上死点面に対して面対称とされている請求項2記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
- 前記第1作用部と前記第2作用部との間に前記駆動軸が存在している請求項3記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
- 前記斜板は、前記駆動軸の外周面と前記上死点面との交線上に位置する揺動点を含む揺動軸心周りに揺動可能に設けられ、
前記第1作用部及び前記第2作用部は、前記揺動軸心と平行な母線をもつ円筒状に形成されている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
