Claims (3)
- エンジンに対する燃料供給の停止が禁止されている状態において、前記エンジンに要求された出力トルクに応じて前記エンジンの吸入空気量及び点火時期を調整する第1運転状態と、前記エンジンの出力トルクを最小にするように前記吸入空気量及び前記点火時期を調整する第2運転状態とのいずれか一方の状態に前記エンジンの運転状態を切り替えるエンジン制御部を備え、
前記エンジン制御部は、前記エンジンの機関回転速度が一定であることを条件とした前記エンジンの吸入空気量と、前記エンジンが安定して燃焼できる範囲のなかで前記エンジンに出力させることができる最小トルクとの関係において、前記吸入空気量のみを変化させていったときに、前記最小トルクが最も小さくなるときの吸入空気量を最小吸入空気量として、前記エンジンの運転状態が前記第1運転状態であれば、前記吸入空気量が前記最小空気量未満となることを許容し、前記エンジンの運転状態が前記第2運転状態であれば、前記吸入空気量が前記最小空気量未満となることを禁止するエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジン制御部は、アクセルペダルが踏まれていれば、前記エンジンの運転状態を前記第1運転状態にし、前記アクセルペダルが踏まれていなければ、前記エンジンの運転状態を前記第2運転状態にする請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記エンジン制御部は、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量から求めた前記エンジンの出力トルクが所定量以上である場合に、前記エンジンの運転状態を前記第1運転状態にし、前記アクセルペダルの踏み込み量から求めた前記エンジンの出力トルクが所定量未満である場合に、前記エンジンの運転状態を第2運転状態にする請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
