Description
Claims (2)
- 四輪駆動車両における駆動力配分装置の油圧制御装置であって、
前記四輪駆動車両は、
駆動源からの駆動力を主駆動輪及び副駆動輪に伝達する駆動力伝達経路と、
前記駆動力伝達経路において前記駆動源と副駆動輪との間に配置された駆動力配分装置と、を備えており、
前記駆動力配分装置は、積層された複数の摩擦材と、該摩擦材を積層方向に押圧して係合させるピストンに対して油圧を発生するピストン室とを有する摩擦係合要素で構成されており、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記ピストン室に作動油を供給するためのモータで駆動するオイルポンプと、前記オイルポンプから前記ピストン室に通じる油路に作動油を封入するための作動油封入弁と、該作動油封入弁と前記ピストン室との間の前記油路を開閉するための開閉弁と、前記ピストン室の油圧を蓄えるためのアキュムレータと、で構成された油圧回路と、
前記モータによる前記オイルポンプの駆動及び前記開閉弁の開閉を制御して前記ピストン室に所望の油圧を供給する制御手段と、を備えており、
前記油圧回路で前記ピストン室に付与する油圧の特性として、前記開閉弁を閉じて前記オイルポンプを駆動することで得られる第1の特性と、前記オイルポンプの駆動を禁止すると共に前記開閉弁を開くことで得られる第2の特性と、前記開閉弁を開放して前記オイルポンプを駆動することで得られる第3の特性と、を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記駆動源のトルク及び変速機のレシオに応じて推定駆動力を算出し、この推定駆動力及び車両走行状態に基づいて前記駆動力配分装置の指令トルクを算出し、該指令トルクに応じて前記ピストン室の指令油圧を算出し、前記指令トルクが所定トルクに至るまでの領域で前記ピストン室に油圧を供給する際には、前記第3の特性に基づいて該ピストン室が前記指令油圧となるように制御し、前記所定トルクよりも高い領域で前記ピストン室を加圧する際には、前記第1の特性に基づいて該ピストン室が前記指令油圧となるように制御し、その後前記ピストン室を減圧する際には、前記第2の特性に基づいて該ピストン室が前記指令油圧となるよう制御し、更に、所定値より大きなアクセル変化量に即応答して前記指令油圧を増強するように制御し、また、前記第3の特性に従う制御中に所定閾値以上の前記指令トルクの変化があった場合、前記開閉弁を一時的に閉鎖するように制御する
ことを特徴とする駆動力配分装置の油圧制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第3の特性に従う制御中に前記開閉弁を一時的に閉鎖した場合、前記ピストン室の実油圧が前記指令トルクに対応する前記指令油圧に追従した段階で、前記指令トルクが前記所定トルクに達していなければ、前記開閉弁を開放するよう制御する、請求項1の駆動力配分装置の油圧制御装置。
