Description
以下の組成を有する3種類の粉末混合物を調製した(残部はニッケル)。
粉末を、次に摩耗試験(実例3に示すいわゆるピンオンディスク(pin−on−disk)試験)で使用するディスクのコーティングに使用できる。HVOF溶射を使用して、ディスクをコーティングした。
HVOFでコーティングしたディスクを、「ピンオンディスク」摩耗試験にかける。試験は、ASTM標準G65に従い、500℃〜550℃の温度においてボール上で継続的圧力を用いて、2時間かけて実施する。本発明の試料から形成したコーティングは、摩耗係数が参照試料のおよそ3分の1であった。このことは、参照試料と比較して耐摩耗性が高いことを示している。
Claims (5)
- HVOF溶射法に適した金属粉末であって、重量%で、炭素2.2〜2.85、ケイ素2.1〜2.7、ホウ素1.2〜1.7、鉄1.3〜2.6、クロム5.7〜8.5、タングステン32.4〜33.6、コバルト4.4〜5.2、残部ニッケルからなる金属粉末。
- 炭素2.3〜2.7、ケイ素2.15〜2.6、ホウ素1.4〜1.6、鉄1.5〜2.05、クロム7.3〜7.5、タングステン32.4〜33.6、コバルト4.4〜5.2、残部ニッケルからなる、請求項1に記載された金属粉末。
- ふるい分析測定による20〜53μmの粒径を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された金属粉末。
- 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された粉末を使用する、HVOF溶射によって表面をコーティングする方法。
- 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された金属粉末をHVOF溶射によって表面をコーティングするステップと、
前記コーティングを前記金属粉末の固相線と液相線との間の温度で加熱するステップとを含む、請求項4に記載された方法。
