Description
濃縮した液体乾燥剤を加えるための乾燥剤用入口と、さほど濃縮していない液体乾燥剤を取り除くための乾燥剤用出口を有するエンクロージャの内部の乾燥剤用容器、
湿った空気を収容するための除湿機の蒸気凝縮器の下流のエンクロージャ内の空気入口と、乾燥した空気をエンクロージャへと入れるための除湿機の蒸気凝縮器の上流のエンクロージャ内の空気出口、
湿った空気から水蒸気を吸収し、液体乾燥剤を温めるために、乾燥剤用容器からスプレーノズルを通って除湿機の蒸気凝縮器まで送るための乾燥剤用出口につながれたポンプ、および、
乾燥剤用出口から伝えられたさほど濃縮していない液体乾燥剤から水分を取り除くために、および、乾燥剤用入口を介して乾燥剤用容器に濃縮した液体乾燥剤を補充するために、乾燥剤用容器の乾燥剤用入口と乾燥剤用出口につながれた再生器
を備え、
前記除湿機は、
除湿機内の液体乾燥剤および/または再生器内の凝縮水の凝縮の潜熱を吸収することによって、除湿機内の液体乾燥剤および/または再生器内の凝縮水を冷やすための冷却要素、および、
凝縮の前記熱を回復させるためのヒートシンク、
を備えることを特徴とする。
前記方法は、
乾燥剤用容器につながれた除湿機の蒸気凝縮器の空気入口に、エンクロージャ内の湿った空気を送る工程、
湿った空気から水蒸気を吸収し、液体乾燥剤を温めるために、乾燥剤用容器からスプレーノズルを介して除湿機の蒸気凝縮器まで液体乾燥剤をポンプで送る工程であって、それによって、除湿機の蒸気凝縮器の空気出口を通って出る空気は空気入口に入る空気よりも乾燥している、工程、
乾燥剤用容器から送られてきたさほど濃縮していない液体乾燥剤から水分を取り除くために再生器を使用し、濃縮した液体乾燥剤を乾燥剤用容器に補充する工程、
を含み、
除湿機内の液体乾燥剤および/または再生器内の凝縮水の凝縮の潜熱を吸収することによって、除湿機内の液体乾燥剤および/または再生器内の凝縮水を冷やす工程、および、
ヒートシンクによって凝縮の前記熱を回復させる工程、
を特徴とする。
Claims (2)
- エンクロージャ内の空気から湿気を取り除く方法であって、
乾燥剤用容器(14)につながれた除湿機(22)の空気入口(20)に、エンクロージャ内の湿った空気を送る工程、
湿った空気から水蒸気を吸収し、液体乾燥剤を温めるために、乾燥剤用容器(14)からスプレーノズル(28)を介して除湿機(22)まで液体乾燥剤をポンプで送る工程であって、それによって、除湿機(22)の空気出口(24)を通って出る空気は空気入口に入る空気よりも乾燥している、工程、
乾燥剤用容器(14)から送られてきたさほど濃縮していない液体乾燥剤から水分を取り除くために再生器(30)を使用し、および、濃縮した液体乾燥剤を乾燥剤用容器(14)に補充する工程、
除湿機(22)内の液体乾燥剤および/または再生器(30)内の凝縮水の凝縮の潜熱を吸収することによって、除湿機(22)内の液体乾燥剤および/または再生器(30)内の凝縮水を冷やす工程、
ヒートシンク(36)によって凝縮の前記熱を回復させる工程、および
凝縮した水から熱を取り除き、乾燥剤蒸発器(44a)に取り除いた熱を送る工程
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 乾燥剤/空気による熱交換器を通る空気について、レイノルズ数は2000よりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
