Description
Claims (14)
- ロッドを骨固定要素に連結するための連結組立体であって、
頂端部(5a)と、反対側の底端部(5b)とを有する受け部(5,5′,5″)と、
前記ロッドを受けるための溝と、
前記骨固定要素の頭部(3)を収容するための収容スペース(55,56)とを含み、前記収容スペースは、実質的に円筒状であって、前記頭部を挿入するために前記底端部に設けられた開口(57)の近傍に狭窄部(56)を有するとともに、通路(51;120)を介して前記受け部の前記頂端部と連通し、開口(57)を介して前記底端部と連通し、
少なくとも部分的に前記収容スペースに位置する圧力要素(7,7′,7″)を含み、前記圧力要素は、前記頭部を囲むように構成された帽状部(72)を有し、
前記圧力要素(7,7′,7″)は、前記受け部において、前記頭部を前記受け部に挿入可能な挿入位置と、前記頭部を前記受け部にロック可能なロック位置と、前記圧力要素が前記受け部において旋回可能な予ロック位置とを取ることができるように構成され、
前記圧力要素は、前記頭部(3)の脱離を防ぐため、帽状部(72)が底端部(5b)の開口(57)を狭くするように配置され、
前記挿入位置を取るとき、前記圧力要素が前記頂端部(5a)に向かってさらに移動することを防ぐための第1保持要素(8a,8b)を備え、
前記予ロック位置を取るとき、前記圧力要素が前記頂端部(5a)に向かってさらに移動することを防ぐための、前記第1保持要素と異なり、かつ前記狭窄部(56)とも異なる第2保持要素(11,60,60″)を備える、連結組立体。 - 前記第2保持要素(11)は、前記受け部(5)と前記圧力要素(7)とから別体に設けられ、前記通路(51)を狭くするように構成される部材である、請求項1に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記第2保持要素は、径方向に弾性があり、前記第1通路(51)に設けられた溝(58)内に少なくとも部分的に収容されるスリットリング(11)である、請求項1または2に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記圧力要素(7)は、前記第2保持要素(11)と相互作用しかつ弾性部を有しない硬い部分である第1部分(75)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記スリットリング(11)は、前記受け部の中心軸(M)に対して傾斜する第1傾斜面(112)を有し、
前記圧力要素(7)は、前記第1傾斜面(112)と協働し、前記圧力要素が挿入位置から予ロック位置に移動されるときに、前記スリットリング(11)を拡大するための第2傾斜面(75b)を有する、請求項3に記載の連結組立体。 - 前記第2保持要素は、前記第1通路(51)に設けられ、かつ、前記圧力要素(7′,7″)の拡大を可能にするアンダカット部(62,120a)が前記底端部(5b)側に続いている突起(60,60″)である、請求項1に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記圧力要素(7′,7″)は、可撓性アーム(80a,81a,80b,81b,80a″,81a″,80b″,81b″)を含み、
前記圧力要素が挿入され前記第2保持要素を通過するときに、前記可撓性アームが互いに向かって圧縮される、請求項6に記載の連結組立体。 - 前記通路は、前記頂端部に向かって広くなる円錐状部(120)を含む、請求項6または7に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記圧力要素(7″)は、外側へ円錐状に延在する可撓性アーム(80a″,80b″,81a″,81b″)を含む、請求項8に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記第2保持要素(11,60,60″)は、前記圧力要素(7,7′,7″)が前記挿入位置から前記予ロック位置までの下方移動を一回のみ可能にするように構成される、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記第1保持要素は、少なくとも1つ、好ましくは2つの、前記通路(51)内に突出し、前記圧力要素内の対応する凹部(74,74′,74″)と係合するピン(8a,8b)である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記狭窄部は、テーパまたは丸くされる、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の連結組立体。
- 前記圧力要素(7,7′,7″)の前記帽状部は、頭部(3)に予圧を加え、摩擦力によって頭部を保持するような大きさに形成される、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の連結組立体。
- 骨固定装置であって、
請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の連結組立体と、
シャフトと頭部とを備える骨固定要素とを含み、
