Description
Claims (5)
- 回転電機の動力を変速機で変速して駆動輪へ伝達可能な車両の制御装置であって、
回転電機の運転モードとして、通常モードと、通常モードより車両駆動力を増加させるよう回転電機を運転するパワーモードとを選択可能であり、
回転電機の絶縁破壊が発生すると判定された場合に、回転電機の絶縁保護制御を実行する絶縁保護制御部を備え、
絶縁保護制御部では、運転モードとしてパワーモードが選択されている状態での絶縁保護制御の優先順位が、変速機の変速比の変更、回転電機への印加電圧の低下、回転電機のトルク制限の順に設定されており、
回転電機の運転モードとして、通常モードより車両駆動時の消費エネルギーを減少させるよう回転電機を運転するエコモードをさらに選択可能であり、
絶縁保護制御部では、運転モードとしてエコモードが選択されている状態での絶縁保護制御の優先順位が、回転電機への印加電圧の低下、回転電機のトルク制限の順に設定されている、車両の制御装置。 - 回転電機の動力を変速機で変速して駆動輪へ伝達可能な車両の制御装置であって、
回転電機の運転モードとして、通常モードと、通常モードより車両駆動力を増加させるよう回転電機を運転するパワーモードとを選択可能であり、
回転電機の絶縁破壊が発生すると判定された場合に、回転電機の絶縁保護制御を実行する絶縁保護制御部を備え、
絶縁保護制御部では、運転モードとしてパワーモードが選択されている状態での絶縁保護制御の優先順位が、変速機の変速比の変更、回転電機への印加電圧の低下、回転電機のトルク制限の順に設定されており、
さらに、回転電機への印加電圧と回転電機の回転数及びトルクとに基づいて回転電機の絶縁破壊の発生を判定する絶縁破壊判定部を備える、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置であって、
絶縁破壊判定部は、回転電機への印加電圧と回転電機の回転数及びトルクとに基づいて回転電機の絶縁部位間の電位差を推定し、当該電位差を設定値と比較することで、回転電機に絶縁破壊が発生するか否かを判定する、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置であって、
絶縁破壊判定部は、回転電機周辺の気圧と回転電機の温度とに基づいて前記設定値を設定する、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の車両の制御装置であって、
絶縁保護制御部は、運転モードとしてパワーモードが選択されている状態で絶縁保護制御を実行するときに、
変速機の変速比の変更により絶縁破壊が発生しなくなると判定された場合は、絶縁保護制御として変速機の変速比を変更し、
変速機の変速比を変更しても絶縁破壊が発生し、回転電機への印加電圧の低下により絶縁破壊が発生しなくなると判定された場合は、絶縁保護制御として回転電機への印加電圧を低下させ、
回転電機への印加電圧を低下させても絶縁破壊が発生すると判定された場合は、絶縁保護制御として回転電機のトルクを制限する、車両の制御装置。
