Description
好ましくは、制御手段は、車速と制限車速との大小関係を比較する第1比較手段を含む、制御手段は、車速が制限車速を超過した場合に、動力源および電動機が発生する駆動トルクの少なくとも一方を低減する。
図1は、この発明の実施の形態に従うハイブリッド駆動装置100の概略構成図である。
エンジン出力軸9は、車体に固定された非回転部材であるトランスミッションケース(図示しない)内において、共通の軸心上に配設された回転部材である。第1遊星歯車機構10は、エンジン出力軸9に連結された出力分割機構である。エンジン8は、燃料の燃焼によって動力を発生する内燃機関であり、代表的にガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジンからなる。なお、エンジン8と第1遊星歯車機構10との間には、脈動吸収ダンパが介挿されてもよい。
主変速機構20は、回転出力軸14(第2モータジェネレータMG2の出力軸)と中間回転軸21との間の動力伝達経路に配置される。
副変速機構26は、中間回転軸21と回転駆動軸22との間の動力伝達経路に配置される。そして、切替信号SELに応じて、通常走行に用いられるHI側ギヤ段と、通常変速段に比較して大きな変速比に設定されたLO側ギヤ段とのいずれかを選択的に形成する。
図2は、副変速機構26の切替動作に係る各部の回転速度を示す円線図である。なお、図2は、副変速機構26の切替動作の前後において、車速Vが所定値を維持する場合を示す。
ハイブリッド制御部52は、さらに、車速が制限車速に近接した状態が連続すると、警告表示灯64(図1)を点灯し、運転者に対する警告表示を行なう。
図7を参照して、ハイブリッド制御部52には、運転者に対する警告表示を行なうための制御構造として、偏差算出部80と、比較部82と、タイマー部84とを含む。
上述したような本実施の形態に従う車速制限動作は、次のような処理フローにまとめられる。
この発明の実施の形態と本願発明との対応関係については、エンジン8が「動力源」に相当し、第1モータジェネレータMG1が「発電機」に相当し、第1遊星歯車機構10が「動力分配機構」に相当し、副変速機構26が「第1変速機構」に相当し、第2モータジェネレータMG2が「電動機」に相当し、主変速機構20が「第2変速機構」に相当する。そして、回転数センサ30が「車速取得手段」に相当し、温度センサ12tが「温度取得手段」に相当し、制御装置50が「制御手段」に相当し、警告表示灯64と、偏差算出部80と、比較部82と、タイマー部84とが「警告灯表示手段」に相当する。さらに、車速監視部220が「第1比較手段」に相当し、温度監視部230が「第2比較手段」に相当し、車両要求パワー決定部202が「出力要求値決定手段」に相当する。
Claims (8)
- 動力源と、
動力を受けて発電する発電機と、
前記動力源からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記発電機に分配するとともに、残部を回転出力軸に分配する動力分配機構と、
前記回転出力軸から駆動輪までの動力伝達経路に配置された第1変速機構とを備え、
前記第1変速機構は、運転操作に応じて、通常走行に用いられる通常変速段と、前記通常変速段に比較して大きな変速比に設定された少なくとも1つの低速側変速段とを選択可能であり、さらに、
前記動力分配機構と前記第1変速機構との間で前記動力伝達経路に接続され、電力を用いて駆動力を発生する電動機と、
車速を取得する車速取得手段と、
前記動力源、前記発電機、前記電動機の作動を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第1変速機構で前記低速側変速段が選択されると、前記低速側変速段の変速比に応じて予め定められた制限車速を車速が超過しないように制御動作を実行する、ハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記制限車速は、前記電動機の許容回転速度に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記制御手段は、車速と前記制限車速との大小関係を比較する第1比較手段を含み、
前記制御手段は、車速が前記制限車速を超過した場合に、前記動力源および前記電動機が発生する駆動トルクの少なくとも一方を低減する、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記電動機の温度を取得する温度取得手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記電動機の温度と予め定められたしきい値との大小関係を比較する第2比較手段をさらに含み、
前記制御手段は、前記電動機の温度が前記しきい値を超過した場合にも、前記動力源および前記電動機が発生する駆動トルクの少なくとも一方を低減する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記制御手段は、少なくとも車速に応じて、前記駆動輪に伝達されるべき出力の要求値を決定する出力要求値決定手段をさらに含み、
前記制御手段は、前記出力の要求値に従って、前記動力源、前記発電機、前記電動機の各々の作動目標値を決定し、
前記出力要求値決定手段は、少なくとも、車速が前記制限車速に近付くにつれて、または、前記電動機の温度が予め定められたしきい値に近付くにつれて、前記出力の要求値の大きさを低減する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記回転出力軸から前記第1変速機構までの動力伝達経路に配置され、複数の変速段を有する第2変速機構をさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 車速が前記制限車速に近接した状態が連続すると、運転者に対する警告表示を行なう警告灯表示手段をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- ハイブリッド駆動装置の制御方法であって、
前記ハイブリッド駆動装置は、
動力源と、
動力を受けて発電する発電機と、
前記動力源からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記発電機に分配するとともに、残部を回転出力軸に分配する動力分配機構と、
前記回転出力軸から駆動輪までの動力伝達経路に配置された第1変速機構と、
前記動力分配機構と前記第1変速機構との間で前記動力伝達経路に接続され、電力を用いて駆動力を発生する電動機とを備え、
前記第1変速機構は、運転操作に応じて、通常走行に用いられる通常変速段と、前記通常変速段に比較して大きな変速比に設定された少なくとも1つの低速側変速段とを選択可能であり、
前記制御方法は、
車速を取得するステップと、
前記第1変速機構で前記低速側変速段が選択されると、前記低速側変速段の変速比に応じて予め定められた制限車速を車速が超過しないように、前記動力源、前記発電機、前記電動機の作動を制御するステップとを含む、ハイブリッド駆動装置の制御方法。
