本発明品は、H字形で角体枠の幅を約13〜16cmに裁断線を張設し、角体枠内側面に凹凸の溝を約2〜5mm間隔で構築し、コ字形固定部材で内側面の凸部をH字形の角体内側面の凹部に差し入れ固定、コ字形固定部材の凸先端部を細くして凹部に挿入しやすく、裁断線の固定には固定部材の3ヶ所に中空部を構築、裁断線を真中に通しe字形に曲げて折り返し、裁断線の先端部を固定と怪我の防止をはかり、裁断線で希望の裁断調理が可能でH字形枠で、豆腐で有れば1丁の標準は厚さ約4cm×幅6cm×長さ12cm、H字形の枠体に裁断線を1.2〜2cm間隔に4本を固定し、先端部から2cmに1本を固定張設、裁断線の2本目を目安とし枠体先端の1本目でも裁断調理でき、調理品を大きな形状と数を自由に変えられ、家庭で子供でも簡単に均一な裁断成形加工が出来、調理人の創意・工夫で斜め切断をおこない、[図1]のH字形角体枠で裁断幅等は変更せず加工が可能な、軟固形物裁断器が提供される。    The product of the present invention is an H-shape, and a cut line is stretched to a width of the square body frame of about 13 to 16 cm, and concave and convex grooves are constructed at intervals of about 2 to 5 mm on the inner surface of the square body frame.
