Description
The present invention relates to a window regulator for a vehicle door.
The double guide type window regulator has, as its basic configuration, a pair of guide rails that are separated in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and extend in the vertical direction, and a pair of slider bases that are supported so as to be movable up and down along the pair of guide rails. A pair of glass holders that hold the window glass fixed to the pair of slider bases are provided.
In Patent Document 1, as a structure for fixing a pair of glass holders to a pair of slider bases in a double guide type window regulator, elongated holes extending in the vehicle front-rear direction are formed in the pair of slider bases, respectively. It is disclosed that a circular hole is formed in each glass holder and fastened by a fastening member (bolt, pin, etc.) in a state where the long hole and the circular hole are overlapped. By making the hole formed in the slider base a long hole extending in the vehicle front-rear direction, the relative position of the slider base and the glass holder in the vehicle front-rear direction can be adjusted, and the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders in the vehicle front-rear direction The variation in pitch is absorbed (tolerance compensation).
The long holes of the pair of slider bases are theoretically only required to be formed on either the front or rear side. However, in Patent Document 1, in order to make the pair of slider bases have the same shape, there is a long hole in both slider bases. For this reason, a pair of slider bases are increased in size, and a large work space is required for fastening with a fastening member in a state in which the long holes of the pair of slider bases and the circular holes of the pair of glass holders are aligned. Further, the collar (cylindrical member) through which the fastening bolt is inserted also needs to have a long hole shape, which is disadvantageous in terms of both mass and cost. However, conventionally, in order to absorb the variation in the pitch of the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders in the vehicle front-rear direction, it has been common technical knowledge that the fastening holes of the slider bases through which the fastening members are inserted are elongated holes. Other variation absorbing structures are not known.
The present invention eliminates the need to form long holes in either the pair of slider bases or the pair of glass holders, and reduces the size of the pair of slider bases. The purpose is to obtain a window regulator that is advantageous in terms of both mass and cost by reducing the work space for fixing (fastening) the glass holder.
The present invention reviews the prior art common knowledge that a pitch variation absorbing means in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle is provided between a slider base and a glass holder, and a vehicle between a combined body of a slider base and a glass holder, and a guide rail. This was completed based on the technical idea of providing a means for absorbing variation in pitch in the front-rear direction.
The window regulator according to the present invention includes a pair of guide rails extending in the vertical direction and spaced apart in the vehicle longitudinal direction; a pair of slider bases supported so as to be movable up and down along the pair of guide rails; and fixed to the pair of slider bases And a pair of glass holders for holding the window glass, wherein a positioning means for defining a relative position in the vehicle front-rear direction is provided between the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders. Each of the pair of guide rails has a vehicle width direction wall extending in the vehicle width direction; each of the pair of slider bases has the vehicle width direction wall of the pair of guide rails extending from the vehicle front-rear direction. sandwiched therebetween that has a longitudinal direction guide walls for guiding; of the pair of guide rails one guide rail The clearance in the vehicle front-rear direction between the vehicle width direction wall and the front-rear direction guide wall of one slider base corresponding to the vehicle width direction wall of the one guide rail is the other guide rail of the pair of guide rails. and the vehicle width direction wall, it is set to be smaller than the vehicle longitudinal direction clearance between the other slider base of the front-back direction guide wall corresponding to the vehicle width direction wall of said other guide rail; the The positioning means includes guide portions that are formed on the pair of slider bases, receive the pair of glass holders, and define relative positions of the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders in the vehicle front-rear direction; And the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders as fixing means for fixing relative positions in the vehicle longitudinal direction, A through hole having a circular shape and the same diameter formed in each of the rider base and the pair of glass holders, and a fastening member that is inserted through the through holes and fastens the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders. it; is characterized in (claim 1).
In this specification, “vehicle longitudinal clearance” is used as a concept including zero. That is, in the state where “the vehicle longitudinal clearance is zero”, the vehicle width direction wall of the one guide rail and the longitudinal guide wall of the one slider base are in contact with each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
The “circular and same-diameter through-hole” in this specification means that the through-holes of the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders cannot be exactly circular and the same diameter due to various conditions such as manufacturing errors. Is taken into account. That is, the “circular and same-diameter through-hole” in this specification is used to mean “substantially circular and substantially the same-diameter through-hole” that may include these error ranges.
Each of the pair of glass holders has a wedge-shaped portion that becomes narrower as the width in the vehicle front-rear direction decreases downward, and the through-hole is formed in the wedge-shaped portion, and the pair of slider bases The guide portion may be composed of at least two guide ribs provided so as to sandwich the wedge-shaped portion of the pair of glass holders from both sides in the vehicle front-rear direction (Claim 2) .
It said positioning means of the pair of sliders base is preferably one and 2 set to the other to reverse the top and bottom can be mutually utilized in the pair of guide rails are provided (claim 3).
According to the first aspect of the present invention, one slider base and the sliding base portion between the vehicle width direction wall of one guide rail and the front and rear direction guide wall of one slider base having a small clearance in the vehicle front-rear direction. The sliding portion between the vehicle width direction wall of the other guide rail and the front / rear direction guide wall of the other slider base, in which the position of the corresponding one glass holder combination in the vehicle front / rear direction is defined and the vehicle front / rear direction clearance is large Therefore, the position of the combination of the other slider base and the corresponding other glass holder in the vehicle front-rear direction can be adjusted, so that variations in the pitch of the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders in the vehicle front-rear direction are absorbed. (Tolerance compensation) makes it easy to perform the window glass mounting operation, and the window glass can be moved up and down smoothly. Moreover, the relative positions of the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders in the vehicle front-rear direction can be obtained only by receiving the pair of glass holders by the guide portions formed on the pair of slider bases, without requiring fine adjustment by visual observation by the operator. Can be defined. Further, since the fastening holes formed in the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders do not need to be circular and have the same diameter and have a long hole, the pair of slider bases can be reduced in size and the pair of slider bases can be paired with a pair of glass holders. The work space for fixing (fastening) can be reduced, and both mass and cost can be advantageous. Further, simply by inserting and fastening fastening members (bolts, pins, etc.) into the circular and same-diameter through holes (fastening holes) of the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders, The glass holder can be fixed.
According to the invention which concerns on
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in each pair of the pair of slider bases and the pair of glass holders, the relative position of the slider base and the glass holder in the vehicle front-rear direction can be defined, and the slider has the same structure. The base can be mass-produced at low cost.

The directions in the following description are based on the directions indicated by the arrows in the figure. In the following, the case where the window regulator 1 according to the present invention is mounted on the right seat of the front door of the vehicle will be described as an example.
As shown in FIG. 1, the window regulator 1 includes a
In the

As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
As shown in FIG. 8A, a
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
As shown in FIG. 8B, a
As shown in FIG. 7, the
Now, with reference to FIGS. 9A and 9B, the support structure of the pair of
On the vehicle rear side, as shown in FIG. 9A, the vehicle
On the front side of the vehicle, as shown in FIG. 9B, a clearance in the vehicle front-rear direction is provided between the vehicle
As described above, in this embodiment, the clearance in the vehicle front-rear direction between the vehicle
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a pair of guide walls (front-rear direction) of the vehicle
In the present embodiment, the sliding portions of the pair of
Further, since the pair of
Further, the clearance in the vehicle width direction between the front-
Next, a method of fixing the pair of
FIG. 10 illustrates a state before the wedge-shaped
FIG. 11 illustrates a state in the middle of inserting the wedge-shaped
FIG. 12 illustrates a state after the wedge-shaped
Thus, in this embodiment, the vehicle
Further, since the fastening holes (through
In addition, the
In the above embodiment, the wedge-shaped
In the above embodiment, a pair of
In the above embodiment, the case where the
In the above-described embodiment, the so-called resin panel type window regulator 1 in which the pair of
In the above embodiment, the case where the window regulator 1 according to the present invention is mounted on the right seat of the front door of the vehicle has been described as an example. However, the window regulator according to the present invention can be mounted on the left seat of the front door of the vehicle or the right seat or the left seat of the rear door of the vehicle. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied as a regulator for opening and closing a back door of a vehicle, for example.
In the above embodiment, the case where the
In the above embodiment, the case where the
In the above embodiment, the case where the pair of
