Claims (6)
- 内歯歯車と、該内歯歯車に内接噛合する外歯歯車と、該外歯歯車を偏心揺動回転させる偏心体軸と、前記外歯歯車の軸方向一側部に配置されたフランジ部材と、該フランジ部材に連結されると共に前記外歯歯車に設けられた貫通孔を貫通するピン部材と、該ピン部材に外嵌されたローラ部材と、前記外歯歯車の軸方向他側部に配置されたカバー部材と、を備える偏心揺動型の減速装置において、
前記ローラ部材と前記カバー部材との間に、スペーサ部材が配置され、
前記外歯歯車は、前記スペーサ部材を収容する凹部を有し、
前記スペーサ部材の内周および外周の少なくとも一方が、該外歯歯車と接触する
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記外歯歯車と前記スペーサ部材の内周および外周の少なくとも一方との接触が、隙間嵌めによる接触である
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。 - 内歯歯車と、該内歯歯車に内接噛合する外歯歯車と、該外歯歯車を偏心揺動回転させる偏心体軸と、前記外歯歯車の軸方向一側部に配置されたフランジ部材と、該フランジ部材に連結されると共に前記外歯歯車に設けられた貫通孔を貫通するピン部材と、該ピン部材に外嵌されたローラ部材と、前記外歯歯車の軸方向他側部に配置されたカバー部材と、を備える偏心揺動型の減速装置において、
前記ローラ部材と前記カバー部材との間に、スペーサ部材が配置され、
前記外歯歯車と前記スペーサ部材が、一体的に回転する
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記スペーサ部材は、突起部を有し、
該突起部が、前記外歯歯車の貫通孔に嵌合している
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記カバー部材は、前記スペーサ部材と当接する突出部を有し、
該突出部は、前記スペーサ部材の内周角部および外周角部とは接触しない
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかにおいて、
前記スペーサ部材の一部が、前記外歯歯車の軸方向側面から軸方向に突出している
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。
