Description
Claims (10)
- 電気コイル装着用のステータ歯を有するステータと、ロータと、前記ロータへの回転トルクを発生させるために前記電気コイルの電流を制御するように構成された第1の電気装置と、前記第1の電気装置に供給される電流を変更する第2の電気装置とを備え、前記ステータは前記電気コイルと前記第1の電気装置と前記第2の電気装置を冷却するように構成された冷却チャネルを有する冷却機構を含み、
前記冷却チャネルは第1の部分と第2の部分を有し、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分と実質的に直交する向きになるように構成されており、
前記冷却チャネルの前記第1の部分の一側面は前記電気コイルの第1の側面と平行に延在するように配置され、前記第1の部分の第2の側面は前記第1の電気装置の少なくとも一部分と平行に延在するように配置され、前記冷却チャネルの前記第2の部分の一側面は前記前記ステータ歯の第1の側面と平行に延在するように配置され、且つ前記冷却チャネルの前記第2の部分の第2の側面は前記第2の電気装置の少なくとも一部分と平行に延在するように配置されている、電気モータ又は発電機。 - 冷却流体が前記冷却チャネルの前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分を経て流れるように構成されている、請求項1記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 前記冷却チャネルは冷却剤の流れを前記冷却チャネルの他の部分へ向ける少なくとも一つの機能部を有する、請求項2記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の断面積は、前記電気コイルと前記第1の電気装置と前記第2の電気装置の相対的な冷却要求に基づいて選択されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 前記冷却チャネルは前記ステータの半径方向及び/又は円周方向に延在するように配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 前記第1の電気装置はIGBT又は他の電力制御装置である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 前記第2の電気装置は前記第1の電気装置へ流れる電流をフィルタリングするキャパシタである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 前記冷却チャネルの前記第1の部分及び/又は前記第2の部分の断面積は、前記ステータの周囲の異なる場所で前記冷却チャネルにより与えられる冷却量を変更するために前記ステータの周囲の前記異なる場所で変化している、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 局所的領域に冷却部を与えるために前記冷却チャネル内に冷却リブが形成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
- 流量の変化を与えて局所的な冷却を与えるために前記冷却チャネル内に冷却リブが形成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の電気モータ又は発電機。
