Description
直接出口ダクト10bのバタフライが、閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で調節可能に或る程度開き、あるいは全開する一方で、間接出口ダクト10cのバタフライが閉じられている第1のモード、
両方のバタフライが閉じられている第2のモード、
直接出口ダクト10bのバタフライが閉じられており、間接出口ダクト10cのバタフライが開かれている第3のモード。
第1の動作モードにおいては、吸気ガス2、7がシリンダヘッド12へと直接案内され、吸気ガスの流量は、直接出口ダクト10bのバタフライがより大きく開かれ、あるいは小さく開かれることによって調節され、
第2の動作モードにおいては、シリンダヘッド12へのガスの供給が遮断され、
第3の動作モードにおいては、吸気ガス2、7が、熱交換器14を介して間接的にシリンダヘッド12へと案内される。
Claims (11)
- ガスを自動車の燃焼機関のシリンダヘッド(12)の入り口空間へと導入するために、シリンダヘッド(12)に前記ガスを供給するためのバルブ(10)を備えており、このバルブが、直接的および熱交換器(14)を介して間接的にシリンダヘッド(12)の入り口空間に連通しているガス取り入れ装置であって、
バルブ(10)および熱交換器(14)が、シリンダヘッド(12)に直接取り付けられるように意図された板(21)に取り付けられ、
バルブ(10)および熱交換器(14)が、いずれも板(21)に直接固定されており、
前記板(21)は、前記バルブが取り付けられる第1の開口と、前記熱交換器が取り付けられる第2の開口とを備え、前記の第1および第2の開口(28、29)は、前記シリンダヘッド(12)の入り口空間との流体連通を可能にするように形成されている、ことを特徴とする、ガス取り入れ装置。 - 板(21)が、剛性単体の板である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器(14)および板(21)が、取り入れ装置の構造要素を形成している、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 板(21)が、中実な材料で製作される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 板(21)が、バルブ(10)とシリンダヘッド(12)との間の熱交換を可能にするために適した熱伝導性を有する金属材料で製作されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- バルブが、入り口ダクト(10a)と、板(21)に取り付けられ、シリンダヘッド(12)の入り口空間へと直接開いている直接出口ダクト(10b)と、熱交換器(14)の入り口箱(20)へと開いている間接出口ダクト(10c)とを備えているダブルバルブ(10)であり、前記入り口箱(20)が、熱交換器(14)に取り付けられている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- バルブ(10)が、少なくとも直接出口ダクト(10b)の領域において、外表面に冷却フィン(34)を備えている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 冷却フィン(34)が、熱交換器(14)の入り口箱(20)の内表面に配置され、入り口箱(20)を通過して流れるガスの予冷の機能を果たす、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 板(21)および熱交換器(14)が、一体品として形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 板(21)が、シリンダヘッド(12)に取り付けられるように意図された前面(21a)と、熱交換器(14)に取り付けられるように意図された後面(21b)とを備えており、前面(21a)および後面(21b)が、お互いに対して或る角度(α)にある、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 燃焼室(13)と、入り口空間を有するシリンダヘッド(12)と、ガスをシリンダヘッド(12)の入り口空間へと導入するためのガス取り入れ装置(11)とを備えており、ガス取り入れ装置(11)が、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置の特徴を有している自動車の燃焼機関。
