Claims (7)
- 油圧室(72,82)の油圧変化に応じて動力伝達の断・接を切り換えるようにして内燃機関(E)のクランクシャフト(42)および駆動輪(WF,WR)間の動力伝達系の途中に介設される一対の油圧クラッチ(61,62)を備える車両用パワーユニットにおいて、
一対の前記油圧クラッチ(61,62)を覆って機関本体(28)に取付けられるクラッチカバー(46)の外面側にソレノイドボディ(132)が取付けられ、オイルポンプ(97)からの作動油の圧力を制御する油圧制御用ソレノイド弁(98)と、該油圧制御用ソレノイド弁(98)からの作動油を一対の前記油圧クラッチ(61,62)の油圧室(72,82)に択一的に切換えて供給する単一の切換弁(99)と、該切換弁(99)の作動を制御するシフトソレノイド弁(100)とが前記ソレノイドボディ(132)に取付けられ、これらの弁(98,99,100)とともに前記ソレノイドボディ(132)が、前記クラッチカバー(46)に取付けられるソレノイドカバー(133)で覆われることを特徴とする車両用パワーユニットにおけるクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記シフトソレノイド弁(100)が、前記クラッチカバー(46)に形成されるソレノイドボディ取付け面(136)に取付けられるソレノイドボディ(132)に、前記ソレノイドボディ取付け面(136)に交差する方向から取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用パワーユニットにおけるクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記ソレノイドカバー(133)を取付けるためのソレノイドカバー取付け面(139)が、前記ソレノイドボディ取付け面(136)に面一に連なって前記クラッチカバー(46)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用パワーユニットにおけるクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記ソレノイドボディ(132)に、一対の前記油圧クラッチ(61,62)からの作動油を逃がす排出油路(102)を開閉する排出制御用ソレノイド弁(101)が、前記シフトソレノイド弁(100)と平行かつ前記切換弁(99)に隣接して取付けられることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の車両用パワーユニットにおけるクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記油圧制御用ソレノイド弁(98)と、前記切換弁(99)ならびに該切換弁(99)の側方に並ぶ前記シフトソレノイド弁(100)と、前記排出制御用ソレノイド弁(101)とが、この順で上方から順に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の車両用パワーユニットにおけるクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記油圧制御用ソレノイド弁(98)および前記切換弁(99)間の油路に、前記油圧制御用ソレノイド弁(98)を迂回して前記オイルポンプ(97)からの作動油を前記切換弁(99)側に導くことを可能として上下方向に延びる手動切換弁(118)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5記載の車両用パワーユニットにおけるクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記手動切換弁(118)が、前記クラッチカバー(46)に配設されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の車両用パワーユニットにおけるクラッチ制御装置。
