(2)斜面状の溝底部、溝側面部および溝開口部よりなる3辺を備える断面三角形ないし略三角形の形状。

の関係を充足するものとされる。L2は、上記dに相当する。

Claims (1)
- 金属プレートの平面上にポンチを用いてシール装着溝をプレス加工する方法であって、
前記ポンチの先端部をポンチ幅方向に傾斜する斜面状とし、前記ポンチを用いてプレス加工することにより溝底部が溝幅方向に傾斜する斜面状のシール装着溝を形成し、
前記シール装着溝の形成に伴って前記金属プレートを塑性変形させ、前記塑性変形する金属プレートは前記シール装着溝の浅溝側の肩部のみで盛り上がり部を形成し、
前記シール装着溝は、その斜面状の溝底部に対しゴム状弾性体よりなるガスケットを一体成形するものであることを特徴とする金属プレートにおけるシール装着溝の加工方法。
