Claims (33)
- 全帯域幅ネットワークとの、縮小された帯域幅での通信を提供する方法において、前記方法は、
狭い帯域幅のデバイスを含むデバイスで、物理ダウンリンク共有チャネル(PDSCH)において、前記デバイスによって使用されるよう構成された縮小された帯域幅の修正された物理ダウンリンク制御チャネル(PDCCH)に関連付けられた情報を受信するステップであって、前記情報は、前記縮小された帯域幅上でモニタする修正されたPDCCHリソースを示しており、前記縮小された帯域幅上でモニタする前記修正されたPDCCHリソースは、モニタする前記全帯域幅の修正されたPDCCHリソースのサブセットから成り、修正されたPDCCHリソースの前記サブセットはシグナリングを介して明示的にセルの中で設定されるかまたは前記デバイスによって導出される、受信するステップと、
前記デバイスで、前記修正されたPDCCHに関連付けられた前記情報に基づいて前記修正されたPDCCHリソースの前記サブセットをモニタするステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記情報は、モニタするための前記修正されたPDCCHに関連付けられたリソースのサブセットを示していることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 前記サブセットは、前記デバイスに固有であることを特徴とする請求項2の方法。
- 前記デバイスは、デバイスIMSI若しくはC−RNTI、SFN、サブセット若しくはタイムスロット番号、修正されたPDCCH RBグループの数、修正されたPDCCHホッピングパターン、物理セルID、前記狭い帯域幅のデバイスによってサポートされる帯域幅、または前記デバイスによってサポートされるRBの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記サブセットを導出することを特徴とする請求項2の方法。
- 前記受信された情報は、前記修正されたPDCCHの定義または前記修正されたPDCCHの構成の少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 前記受信された情報は、RRCシグナリング、ブロードキャストシグナリングまたは専用シグナリングの少なくとも1つを介して受信されることを特徴とする請求項5の方法。
- 前記全帯域幅ネットワークは、20MHzの帯域幅で動作するLTEネットワークから成り、前記デバイスは、5MHzの帯域幅で動作する低コストマシンタイプ通信デバイスから成ることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 前記修正されたPDCCHリソースは、サブフレーム内で、かつ特定のロケーションにおいてモニタされることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 前記デバイスにおいて、同じサブフレーム、かつ前記特定のロケーションにおいてPDSCHリソースをモニタするステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8の方法。
- 全帯域幅ネットワークとの、縮小された帯域幅での通信を提供する方法において、前記方法は、
デバイスにおいて、前記全帯域幅ネットワークによる狭い帯域幅のサポートについての
表示を受信するステップと、
前記デバイスで、前記表示または前記デバイスによって使用されるランダムアクセスリソースの少なくとも1つに基づいて選択された周波数ロケーションにおいて、前記狭い帯域幅内でブロードキャストチャネルまたは制御チャネルをモニタするステップと

- 前記表示は、マスタ情報ブロック(MIB)、システム情報ブロック(SIB)またはランダムアクセス応答内で受信されることを特徴とする請求項10の方法。

ランダムアクセス応答(RAR)のため、前記PDCCHまたは前記縮小された帯域幅の修正されたPDCCHの前記選択された1つをモニタし、
前記受信機に、前記PDCCHまたは前記縮小された帯域幅の修正されたPDCCHの前記選択された1つを使用して前記RARを受信させる

ページングメッセージの中で、前記デバイスが縮小された帯域幅のデバイスであるかどうかに関連する能力情報をネットワーク制御エンティティに提供するステップと、
