Claims (12)
- 対向して位置した第1の短辺及び第2の短辺と、対向して位置した第1の長辺及び第2の長辺と、複数のポート(11〜14)と、前記複数のポート(11〜14)間の熱伝導領域(15)とを備え、
前記ポートは、前記第1の短辺に位置した第1のポート(11)及び第2のポート(12)と、前記第2の短辺に位置した第3のポート(13)と第4のポート(14)とを備え、前記第2のポート及び前記第4のポートは、プレート式熱交換器プレートの共通の半体に位置付けられているプレート式熱交換器プレート(10)において、
前記プレート式熱交換器プレート(10)には、前記第1及び第2のポート(11、12)と前記熱伝導領域(15)との間に第1の移行領域(16)が設けられると共に、前記第3及び第4のポート(13、14)と前記熱伝導領域(15)との間に第2の移行領域(17)が設けられており、前記第1の移行領域(16)及び前記第2の移行領域(17)には、移行ポート(18、19)が設けられており、
前記第1の移行領域(16)及び前記第1の移行領域の前記移行ポートは前記熱伝導領域(15)に向けて開口しており、
前記第2の移行領域(17)及び前記第2の移行領域の前記移行ポートはシーリング(20)によって前記熱伝導領域(15)から離間されており、
前記第1の移行領域の前記移行ポート及び前記第2の移行領域の前記移行ポートは、前記プレート式熱交換器プレートの前記共通の半体に位置付けられており、
前記熱伝導領域は、略螺旋状の媒体の流れを提供するために前記第1の移行領域(16)を貫通して延在する障壁(22)によって部分的に分割されていることを特徴とするプレート。 - 前記第1のポート(11)及び前記第2のポート(12)は第1の媒体用であり、前記第3のポート(13)及び前記第4のポート(14)は第2の媒体用である、請求項1に記載のプレート。
- 前記障壁(22)は、前記熱伝導領域(15)に位置する自由端部を備え、前記自由端部と前記第2の移行領域(17)との間に隙間が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のプレート。
- 前記障壁(22)は、前記プレート(10)の長手方向の中心線に沿って延在する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のプレート。
- 前記第1の移行領域(16)は前記第1のポート(11)及び前記第2のポート(12)に隣接して配置され、前記第2の移行領域(17)は前記第3のポート(13)及び前記第4のポート(14)に隣接して配置され、前記複数のポート(11〜14)のうちの少なくとも1つのポートは、隣接する前記移行領域(16、17)に対して密閉されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のプレート。
- 前記第1のポート(11)と前記第2のポート(12)と前記第3のポート(13)と前記第4のポート(14)が、隣接する前記移行領域(16、17)に対して密閉されている、請求項5に記載のプレート。
- 前記プレート(10)には、ガスケット溝と、前記シーリング(20)を形成するガスケット(20a〜20d)とが設けられている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のプレート。
- 前記プレート(10)は、プレス加工で仕上げられたパターンを有する金属製の薄板で作られる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のプレート。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の複数のプレート式熱交換器プレート(10)を有するプレートパッケージ(25)を備えるプレート式熱交換器(24)。
- 前記プレート(10)は隣接するプレート(10)との間に間隙を形成し、
前記間隙において、前記プレート(10)の前記熱伝導領域(15)は熱伝導路を形成し、前記第1の移行領域(16)は第1の移行セクションを形成し、前記第2の移行領域(17)は第2の移行セクションを形成し、
前記第1の移行セクションは隣接する間隙の前記第2の移行セクションと連通し、
複数の前記ポート(11〜14)は、前記プレートパッケージ(25)における入口路および出口路を形成し、前記入口路および出口路は、前記移行セクションに対して密閉された前記プレートパッケージ(25)のプレートパッケージセクション(n)の隣り合う複数の中間間隙を貫通して延在し、前記中間間隙の前後に設けられた前記プレートパッケージセクション(n)の間隙の移行セクションと連通する、請求項9に記載のプレート式熱交換器(24)。 - 複数の前記プレートパッケージセクション(n)を含むプレート式熱交換器であって、前記ポート(11〜14)は複数の前記プレートパッケージセクション(n)に入口路および出口路を形成する、請求項10に記載のプレート式熱交換器(24)。
- 前記プレート式熱交換器(24)は、向流プレート式熱交換器である、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載のプレート式熱交換器(24)。
