Description
− 前記分離器が微粒子回収室(2)に対して共軸配置されたファン車(3)を含み;
− 前記ファン車(3)が、使用時に、微粒子回収室(2)から来る精製された空気を吸い込みかつそれを回転かご(1)の周りの空気分配室(5)の方に送るように、その精製された空気の出口ダクト(4)の端部に設けられている;
ことを特徴とする分離器を開示する。
− 回転かごの周りの空気分配室が回転体の形状を持つ;
− ファン車が空気を振り分けることを可能にする囲いによって包囲されている;
− ファン車を包囲する前記囲いは分離器に対して共軸配置されている;
− ファン車は回転かごの上または下に設けられる;
− ファン車を包囲する前記囲いはフェルールによって回転かごの周りの空気分配室に連結される。

Claims (3)
- 異なる寸法の粒子から作られた材料を粒子寸法画分に分離するための動力空気分離器であって、前記分離器が回転かご(1)及び微粒子回収室(2)を含み、回転かご(1)の上に処理される材料(12)が供給され、微粒子回収室(2)が回転かご(1)の延長部において共軸配置されており、前記微粒子回収室(2)が回転かご(1)の下に設けられているものにおいて:
− 前記分離器が微粒子回収室(2)に対して共軸配置されたファン車(3)を含み;
− 前記ファン車(3)が、使用時に、微粒子回収室(2)から来る精製された空気を吸い込みかつそれを回転かご(1)の周りの空気分配室(5)の方に送るように、その精製された空気の出口ダクト(4)の端部に設けられており;
− 前記ファン車(3)が、空気を振り分けることを可能にする囲い(6)によって包囲されており;
− ファン車(3)を包囲する前記囲い(6)が、外部フェルール(19)によって回転かごの周りの空気分配室(5)に連結されており;
− 前記外部フェルール(19)が、円筒形または円錐形であり、その直径は、ファン車の囲い(6)の直径と回転かご(1)の周りの空気分配室(5)の外側直径との間に含まれる;
ことを特徴とする分離器。 - ファン車(3)が、精製された空気の出口ダクト(4)の上に設けられており、精製された空気のダクト(4)が、回転かご(1)を通過していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器。
- ファン車(3)が、精製された空気の出口ダクト(4)の下に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器。
