Claims (5)
- ハウジングと、
このハウジングに取り付けられた電動モータと、
この電動モータの回転力をモータ軸を介して伝達する減速機構と、
この減速機構を介して前記電動モータの回転運動を駆動軸の軸方向の直線運動に変換するボールねじ機構とを備え、
このボールねじ機構が、前記ハウジングに装着された支持軸受を介して回転可能に、かつ軸方向移動不可に支持され、内周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたナットと、
このナットに多数のボールを介して内挿され、前記駆動軸と同軸状に一体化され、外周に前記ナットのねじ溝に対応する螺旋状のねじ溝が形成され、前記ハウジングに対して回転不可に、かつ軸方向移動可能に支持されたねじ軸とで構成された電動リニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記ハウジングに形成された袋孔に前記ねじ軸を回り止めするスリーブが軸方向に固定され、このスリーブの内周に軸方向に延びる凹溝が形成され、前記ねじ軸の端部に植設された係止ピンが前記凹溝に係合されると共に、
前記ナットの端部が前記袋孔に入り込み、前記スリーブの端面に対向し、
前記ナットの端部にテーパ状の面取り部が形成されていることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記ナットとスリーブとの間隔が前記係止ピンの半径よりも小さく設定されている請求項1に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジングに環状溝が形成され、この環状溝に装着された穴用の止め輪によって前記スリーブが抜け止めされると共に、前記止め輪の内径が前記係止ピンの全高さより大径に設定されている請求項1に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ナットの端部の面取り部における端面側の外径が前記止め輪の内径よりも小径に設定されている請求項3に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記止め輪の角部が丸められてエッジが除去されている請求項3または4に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
