Description
Claims (10)
- 座部(10)を備えるステレオリソグラフィー機械と、
ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)を充填し、かつ、出入り口(4)を備えた容器(2)を含むステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂パッケージ(1)と、を含むステレオリソグラフィーシステムであって、
前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂パッケージ(1)は、
前記容器(2)において取り外し可能なように配置され、かつ、少なくとも1つの磁石(6)を備えたミキサー要素(5)と、
前記容器(2)に属し、前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)のタイプおよび量についての情報を収容し、前記情報を外部装置に伝達するのに適した接続手段に関連付けられたデータ貯蔵装置(13)と、をさらに含み、
前記ステレオリソグラフィーシステムは、
前記容器(2)を前記ステレオリソグラフィー機械に接続するためのダクトであって、前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)を前記容器(2)から取り出すのに適したダクトと、
混合装置(11)と、をさらに含み、
前記混合装置(11)は、
前記容器(2)を容れるのに適した座部(10)と、
前記混合装置(11)を作動させるのに適した動力手段(12)に関連付けられた外部磁石(9)と、
前記容器(2)が前記座部(10)において配置される時に、前記容器(2)と熱的接触を確立するように構成された加熱要素(16)と、
前記容器(2)の前記データ貯蔵装置(13)に収容された情報を取得するのに適し、前記情報に基づいて前記動力手段(12)、及び前記加熱要素(16)を制御するように構成された論理制御ユニット(15)に動作可能なように関連付けられた読取手段(14)と、を備えた、ステレオリソグラフィーシステム。 - 前記ミキサー要素(5)は、前記磁石(6)のうちの1つの極(N、S)のそれぞれが他の前記磁石(6)の対応する極(N、S)に面するように配置された、前記磁石(6)の少なくとも2つを含む、請求項1に記載のステレオリソグラフィーシステム。
- 前記磁石(6)のうちの1つの極(N、S)のそれぞれが、前記他の磁石(6)の反対の符号で前記極(N、S)に面する、請求項2に記載のステレオリソグラフィーシステム。
- 前記ミキサー要素(5)は、前記2つの磁石(6)間に延在する層状体(5a)を含む、請求項2または3に記載のステレオリソグラフィーシステム。
- 前記ミキサー要素(5)は、前記容器(2)から取り外し可能である、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載のステレオリソグラフィーシステム。
- 前記容器(2)は瓶であり、前記出入口(4)はキャップ(8)によって密閉される、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載のステレオリソグラフィーシステム。
- 前記瓶の断面は、混合線形輪郭によって外面的に範囲が定められる、請求項6に記載のステレオリソグラフィーシステム。
- 前記混合装置(11)は、前記容器(2)が前記座部(10)に関連付けられる場合、前記外部磁石(9)は前記容器(2)の付近にあり、かつその底部(2a)に面する、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載のステレオリソグラフィーシステム。
- ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)を混合する方法であって、
出入口(4)を備えた容器(2)に前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)を充填することによって前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂パッケージ(1)を調製する動作を含み、
前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂パッケージ(1)は、
前記容器(2)において取り外し可能なように配置され、かつ、少なくとも1つの磁石(6)を備えたミキサー要素(5)と、
前記容器(2)に属し、前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)のタイプおよび量についての情報を収容し、前記情報を外部装置に伝達するのに適した接続手段に関連付けられたデータ貯蔵装置(13)と、をさらに含み、
前記方法は、
外部磁石(9)を、前記容器(2)の外側に、前記容器(2)の底部(2a)に面するように配置する動作と、
加熱要素(16)を座部(10)の範囲が定められる壁(17)内に配置する動作と、
前記データ貯蔵装置(13)から前記情報を取得する動作と、
前記ミキサー要素(5)を駆動するように、前記情報に基づいて前記外部磁石(9)を回転させるために、論理制御ユニット(15)を通して動力手段(12)を制御する動作と、
前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)を加熱する動作と、
をさらに含む、方法。 - 前記情報に基づいて、前記外部磁石(9)の速度および/もしくは回転時間、ならびに/または、前記ステレオリソグラフィー用樹脂(3)の前記加熱動作において使用される温度を制御する動作を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
